제가 원래 기름기가 많은 지루성 두피였거든요......군대 다녀와서는 지루성 피부염으로 2년정도 고생했고요.....
근데 지금은 특별히 기름기 많은음식(고기류)를 먹는다던가 술마시면서 밤새지 않는이상은 머리에 기름기가 많이 끼지 않습니다.
이식 받은 이후부터 하루 두번씩 머리를 감는데 거의 한달까지는 샴푸를 희석시킨 물을 컵으로 부어주기만하면서 머리를 감았고 한달지난후 거의 한달은 그동안 못먹었던 술과 고기에 심취해 두피가 건조해지지 않더군요.
근데 요즘 술,고기도 주 2회정도로 자제하니까 두피랑 머리카락이 넘 건조하게 느껴저서 하루 한번만 감고있습니다.
문제는 미녹을 바르는데요...저같은경우 저녁에 머리감고 미녹 바르는데 자고일어나면 미녹을 아무리 적게 발라도 두피에 하얗게 말라서 붙어있는것들이요.....이놈들땜에 걱정입니다. 이놈들을 아침에 안씻어주면 머리카락 나오는데 안좋은 영향을 주지는 않을까 걱정되서요......
