[이식 18일차] 딱지 제거 노하우가 있나요?

안녕하세요?

이식한지 오늘로 18일차 입니다.

딱지를 제거해야하는데 머리감을 때 샴푸로 거품내서 문지르는데도
잘 떨어지지 않네요.

그래서 일부러 손으로 살살 긁어 봤는데 딱지와 함께 이식모가 붙어서 함께 떨어지네요. 그래서 겁나서 못 긁겠는겁니다.
병원에서는 일부러 딱지 제거하지 말고 그냥 놔두라는데...
딱지 때문에 수술한거 너무 티나서 하루 빨리 딱지가 제거되었으면 좋겠습니다.

그래서 먼저 한 선배님들께 딱지 제거하는 노하우를 듣고 싶습니다.

딱지 제거할때 따뜻한 물로 한 5분정도 불린다음에
손톱으로 긁어서 제거하나요?
아님 딱지가 저절로 제거될 때까지 그냥 놔두나요?
딱지가 두꺼운 편이라 잘 긁히지도 않거든요.
이제 18일차인데... ㅜㅜ
그리고 맥주 한병씩 마시는 것 괜찮은지...
너무 이른가요?
