Simple membership registration

I didn't know you'd write it like this...I had surgery in early September last year, and it's only been 8 months now...It doesn't work...Rather, hair loss is coming to the top of the head..I got another 2cm diameter...5,000 and 2 hours of frequency...I should have doubted the participation document...
