(처방전을 먼저 받는데, 이때 미리 약국에 다녀오자.)수술복으로 환복 후 수술실 입장. 수술 시간이 꽤 길다. 듣고 싶은 노래를 틀어주시니 미리 신청해 보자. 화분이 되어줄 의자에 앉으면 먼저 유튜브를 볼 수 있게 이어폰까지 준비해주신다.편히 앉아 유튜브를 시청할 수 있지만, 전날 밤을 새워서 거의 졸았다. 반수면 마취 후 두피 마취를 진행하여 전혀 통증 없이 채취를 시작했다. 계속해서 통증 여부를 확인하면서 진행되며, 중간중간 5분 정도 쉬어간다. (이때 모니터를 통해 채취된 모낭을 확인할 수 있다.)통증이 있다고 하면 마취제를 소량 투입하고 진행하니 꼭 말하자. I인 나는 참을 수 있을 만큼 참고 말했는데, 식모기가 들어가는 느낌이 궁금하고 실제로 카운팅이 되는지 알 수 있으니 참아서 내 고통의 역치 및 통증 감내도를 터득해보자. 시간이 흘러 나는 밤을 새운 덕분에 수술 시간이 금방 끝났고, 나와 달리 여전히 씩씩한 원장님과 인사한 뒤 수술이 종료되었다.아무도 신경 쓰지 않겠지만 수술 모자를 쓰고 귀가해야 하는 압박이 있다. 하지만 걱정 마라. 여긴 섬세한 모디다. 택시비를 지원해 주며, 지방에서 올라올 경우 숙박비도 지원해 준다. <2일차>??? 일어났는데 하나도 아프지 않았다. 내원 후 샴푸실에서 간호사분께 샴푸를 받으며 주의사항 및 샴푸 방법을 듣는다. 수술 부위에 연고를 발라주신다. 고압 산소 치료를 받는데, 평소 비행기 탈 때 '귀'가 불편하신 분들은 포도당 '캔디'를 요청해서 조금 받아두자. 원장님과 수술 부위 체크 후 귀가. <5일차>내 기억으로 항생제 처방이 3일 치였고, 모두 복용이 끝난 후 원래 먹던 영양제들을 다시 복용하기 시작했다. (참고로 나는 처방받은 진통제를 깜빡해서 한 번도 안 먹고 지냈고, 덕분에 비슷한 통에 있던 미녹시딜도 같이 깜빡했다. 그 정도로 아프지 않았다.)식사는 염분, 당분 많은 음식은 최대한 피했고 숙면을 위해 커피도 안 마셨다. 사실 원두가 떨어졌는데 사러 가지 못해서다. 이날부터 2주 차까지는 그냥 잘 먹고 잘 씻고 가볍게 운동하면서 지냈다. <갑자기 2주차>나는 줄삭발로 수술받았다. 2주 차까지 관리하며 가장 불편했던 게 머리 감고 말리는 일이었다. 남자들은 특별한 이유 없다면 투블럭으로 머리를 깔끔하게 하고 수술받자. 이 기회에 삭발 도전 권장해본다.아무튼 2주 차 때 내원을 해야 한다. 이식 부위 촬영 및 두피 스캔을 진행한 후 원장님과 상담을 진행했고, 모낭 상태가 좋아서 높은 생착률이 기대된다고 하셨다. 하지만 난 그 섬세함이 작용했다고 본다. 그리고 3개월 단위로 경과를 지켜보기로 했다. 3개월마다 내원하는 건 자유라고 하신다. 나는 집이랑 멀어서 안 갈 듯하다.암흑기 후기로 다시 돌아오겠다. 가능하다면. <팁>* 수술 전 약을 미리 받아두자. 약국 갈 때 수술 모자를 쓰고 가고 싶지 않다면 말이다.* 남성분들은 특별한 이유가 없다면 투블럭(9~12mm)으로 깔끔하게 정리하고 수술받는 게 수술 후 스스로 관리하기에 좋다. 시간 역행을 할 수 있다면 삭발했을 거다. 정말로.* 제공받는 키트 내용물 중에 샴푸가 있는데, 주 기능이 약품이어서인지 거품이 거의 안 난다. 거품 용기가 있으면 샴푸할 때 편할 듯하다.* 수술 모자 여분을 받거나 미리 구비해 두자. 무의식적으로 수술 부위를 만질까 봐 나는 10일 차까지 수술 모자를 쓰고 지냈다. 긁힘 방지 장갑도 주던데, 답답하니 차라리 손톱을 둥글게 잘 깎자.* 수술 후 풀파워는 아니어도 가벼운 운동 정도는 해주는 게 혈액순환에 좋다. 운동을 해도 된다는 의사(실제 모발이식을 받은 의사) 소견도 있으니 말이다.
