This is the review of the 3rd day of Eve Plastic Surgery. 29-year-old male, and I planted 4,794 by incision. (4,000 to 4,500 originally quoted)

- Hair loss areas: Hair loss in front, M-shape, and top of the head (ㅠㅠ))

- Transplantation priority: bangs > M-shape > crown
 As you can see from the picture, in my case, hair loss was the most severe, and there was a slight M-shape and crown hair loss. In the case of crown hair loss, it was slightly restored through taking pinasteride and applying minoxidil, and in the case of M-shaped hair loss, the number of transplants to the area was relatively small, so I think I was able to focus my hair transplant on the front as much as possible.

- Reason for choosing the hospital: After consulting with the directors in person at various hospitals known for hair transplants, it was a hospital that made me feel comfortable in many ways. As you can see from other people's reviews, first of all, it is very reasonable compared to other hospitals in terms of price. And most of all, what I liked about it was that the hospital staff were really kind and treated the patients with a sincere attitude. The hospital atmosphere was so good that it gave the patient a sense of stability, and I felt some trust in the hospital due to the various reviews written in Daemo. 

- Pre-hair transplant preparation process: After consulting the director about the hair transplant area, I scheduled a surgery with the head of the department right away. If there is an impressive precaution before hair transplantation, it is necessary to ban the use of various drugs such as thrombotic drugs from two weeks ago, hair loss drugs and vitamins from one week ago, and to abstain from alcohol at least three days before surgery. In my case, I don't think I prepared anything for the surgery apart from following the above precautions for hair transplantation. (In my case, I drank 4 days before the transplant because I like alcohol.)

- Hair transplant day: When you arrive at the hospital on time for your appointment on the day of the transplant, fill out the consent form for surgery first and receive a massage for muscle relaxation on the hair transplant area before surgery. And when you arrive at the operating room, you will consult with the director on the design of the transplant area, and he designs the hairline with respect to the patient's opinion. And after taking pictures before surgery, we start the surgery in earnest. First of all, hair follicle separation takes about 30 minutes through occipital incision, and at this time, medical staff make a lot of effort, such as joking to relieve tension. When you go into a full-fledged hair transplant, the transplant is made through a hair transplant, and every time you plant a hair follicle, you can hear the transplant process by ear (ㅋ). When you hear it, you can see how focused all the medical staff are on the surgery. In my case, the total operation time was about 4 hours and 30 minutes. After the transplant, one of the medical staff kindly informs you of follow-up precautions. And due to the influence of anesthetics, I return home from a somewhat dazed state of mind.
PS. I think one of the problems that people preparing for hair transplants are worried about is the pain. Because I was like that too, I was very nervous throughout the operation, so my pulse was very fast. However, looking back at the operation being over, there is almost no pain because it is anesthetized during the operation. The most painful part of the operation was the neck (because the transplant site is so large that you have to keep turning your neck), so I don't think it's a problem to worry about too much.

- Post-mortem care after hair transplantation: I had painless injections for two days, so there was not much pain after transplantation. However, the incision is tingling. I heard that there are many people who have severe pain after surgery, but fortunately, I don't think I was that case. What bothers me more than pain is face swelling and discomfort. My forehead and eyelids were swollen a lot for the first few days, so my face looked like an Anpanman. I ate mainly pumpkin porridge and seaweed porridge because I heard that there are pumpkins and seaweed as foods that reduce swelling. That's why the swelling goes off quickly. And since I couldn't wash my hair in person at the beginning, I sprayed the solution mist given by the hospital every 30 minutes for two days (excluding sleeping time), and I visited the hair care center in the hospital every day until the 3rd day to wash my hair. And from today, I get spray shampoo at the hospital and wash my hair.

- What I felt after the hair transplant: Actually, it is only 3 pills, so it seems that it is too early to evaluate whether the results of the hair transplant are satisfactory or not.  In fact, looking at the transplant site immediately after the transplant, it's a lot awkward than I expected because the hair length is different from the non-surgery area. However, it seems positive that the hair transplant was performed exactly as designed with the doctor. I know that the results of hair transplantation need to be seen in the long term, so I would like to stay with the expectations of my 30s who are new with hair transplantation.
