Looking at your picture, I don't think it's that bad. By the way, you speak very hopelessly as if that level of hair loss is a nuisance. People who are worse than you are doing very positively and well.
You're self-deprecating yourself with a small hair loss on the top of your head. Does anyone say anything? Can't you get married with that? Do you have any taxes? Did you get a death knell? Why are you so worried?
