I spent a lot of time thinking about it, and I finally decided to have surgery, and I got a lot of information and knowledge from Daemo here
I had the courage to have a hair transplant recently
Actually, I had a hair transplant 12 years ago.
At the time, there weren't as many hospitals as there are now, and it's a non-cut... Slit, you know..The surgical procedures were not very active at this point.. Since the skills of incision specialists were not as high as they are now, a hair transplant center in Sinsa-dong 12 years ago that spent a lot of money on me at the time ended in a complete failure.
The catastrophe was a failure to the point where it was right. (You can refer to the picture before the surgery.)
So this time, I recognized the hospital more carefully, and I selected a total of 7 places, one of which was only consulted by phone, and the other 6 places were visited in person to meet the directors and managers and receive counseling.
When I have time later, I would like to write down detailed consultation reviews about these hospitals.
In the end, the hospital I chose after careful consideration was Mo Jae-sung Hospital.
I didn't like a large hospital that was too big and distracting, so I liked Mo Jae-sung, a relatively small one-man director system
I liked the photos and videos before and after the surgery, and I liked the manager who was not too commercial and only told me what I needed, but what I liked the most was the confidence of the director.
Since I'm in the professional profession... I feel the confidence of people who have been doing something for a long time and have gone through a lot of trial and error..
Rather than saying that it's going to work out unconditionally, they say a lot of very realistic things.
My back hair is so thick that there is no problem with transplantation, but my hair itself is very thin, so he also told me realistically that the volume and density would be a little disappointing when I moved it forward and planted it..
I had two consultations with the director and eventually set a date.
The head of the department recommended free scalp care for the purpose of having surgery in a better scalp until the day of surgery, and I got scalp care 11 days before surgery and the day before surgery, so I cleaned my scalp in advance.
On the day of surgery.. When you go to the hospital by 10 o'clock, change your clothes, and wait, a nurse comes and connects the IV to your arm with an injection line. After that, when I go to the director's office, I make a final design agreement with the director and draw the part where I will actually implant the hair on my forehead. Then, I shaved my head in the back.. You're going to do it and you're going to the operating room.
When you lie down in the operating room, a nurse comes and briefly explains the anesthesia and performs sleep anesthesia for 5 to 10 minutes. I didn't fall asleep, I just kept feeling a little dazed..
After anesthesia is completed on the frontal and occipital regions, move to the next seat and take a sitting position with your forehead. Then the director comes to the back and punches the hair follicles to be taken from the occipital region. As soon as the punching is over, two to three nurses stick together and pull out the hair follicles from the punched spot.
Then, when you move back to your seat and lie down, the director plants hair follicles on the forehead line drawn in advance with a planting machine. No pain under anesthesia, but I felt the planting.. The director keeps checking to see if you feel pain in the middle.
If I moved about four times, I repeated the collection and transplantation, and the operation, which started at around 10:30 p.m., was finished near 3 p.m.
It was not easy to take care of my body because I was dazed a lot during the operation, but the nurses kept attaching and paying attention, and above all, I felt during the operation that the director's personality was very meticulous.
When the doctor leaves after the operation, the nurse wipes the blood and disinfects it.
Then, I go back to the director's room, take a picture of the surgical site, and look at the picture and hear the explanation of the progress of the surgery from the director.
After hearing the explanation, I moved to the single-person hospital room and had a late lunch prepared by the hospital.
Mo Jae-sung operates a single-person hospitalization room for those who have difficulty returning home right away or visiting the hospital due to shampooing, but I also used the hospital room because it was free and burdensome to revisit the next day.
We have a TV and air conditioner closet phone charger and a simple refreshment. It was not large, but it was a space that was not insufficient to relax alone.
It feels strange that the hospital staff are all lying down alone after work..
It's lonely... I hope it goes well this time...I had mixed feelings
Around 3 a.m., a fierce quarrel came. I felt like I was screwdriver tightening both temples..
Fortunately, a female employee gave me 3 painkillers before work, so I had a hard time for about 3 to 4 hours and then stopped
The next day, an employee comes to work and shampoo carefully. The back of the side hair is a regular shampoo, and the transplant area is only given once with purified water. After that, dry your hair and disinfect the later couple with beta-din
Even if you check the progress with the director one more time, if you wear a sanitary cap first and put a beanie on it, you will finally go home after the whole process is over.
From start to finish.. (It's not the end yet, but we'll have to look at it for a year.) Thank you again to the director, manager, nurses, and staff for caring and helping me.
As you can see from the picture, the first surgery was a real failure.
It kept coming up She's got follicular inflammation that goes down and down.. Steady, planted density.. In addition, the density on both sides was severely different, making it more stressful.
I'm a non-smoker and I quit smoking thoroughly before and after surgery and did everything I was told to do, but that's the result..
Actually, I can't help but resent the director's skills..
Anyway, I hope that the second surgery I received in 12 years is well-developed and grown up, so I don't have any wish if I can put my forehead in front of people without any more stress.

I had a hair transplant on August 27th. It's already been two weeks because time goes by so fast. I went to the hospital yesterday and checked the progress of the second week. The director looked at it and told me that it is time for the dark age to begin, and I will come back after I fall out, so don't be too anxious. They said you can think of it as a process of losing your hair.
I filled in the M-shape a little and transplanted it around the front and top of the head. A total of 4,000mo was held. When I consulted again, the director recommended that it was the most natural to look at my head and hair style, so I trusted and left it to him.
I was so nervous when I entered the operating room, but I had a stinging feeling when the injection came in, and other than that, I was fine. The anesthesia was done properly, so there was no pain after that. The process of collecting and transplanting followed, about 5 hours? 6 hours?I think I was in the hospital.
I usually cut my hair short and wear a hat often, so I thought about it and proceeded with a non-cut shaved head. The director did everything from collection to transplantation, and I felt that he was meticulous while watching.
After the surgery, he prescribed the medicine and emphasized that you should avoid alcohol and cigarettes for at least two weeks.
