Since my teenage adolescence, I've been stressed out by my messy hair when I had an affair, and since college, I've been wearing hats.
At the time of the operation, it was in the third stage of Norwood hair loss, which was originally a hairless condition because it was naturally thin, and it was only getting more damaged by the progressive hair loss; always short bangs and Hoseop's style. After a haircut, I came home and squeezed my bangs in a straight line with hand scissors. I used to straighten my bangs with scissors at home every week, but I couldn't do it for more than a month; I had to fix my hair style with a spray so I could go out. Therefore, a mutually appropriate communication process between the patient himself and the doctor before surgery is important.
You can become a hair transplant expert even if you invest about a day in order to receive overseas and domestic online estimates before surgery, and search for information from the hair loss community for various questions related to surgery.
(Selling footwear will be beneficial to visit the hospital in person and search for reviews of surgical procedures and photos shared in the hair loss community, rather than playing with the doctor's brilliant counseling skills (talks). Therefore, the strand was set by not lowering the hairline and reinforcing the density of the existing hairline and the expected area of hair loss.
Horizontal length is also a big part of beauty and forehead area, but judging by my horizontal length, I didn't think I needed to narrow down my temples. (The risk of becoming more like a monkey if I narrow it down;).. My opinion on the hairline design and the doctor's opinion were well consulted and decided.
*Post-transplantation specific details. 1. Head door delivery at home after transplantation.
There was concern about electromagnetic exposure due to long-term computer use every day, but fortunately, there was no problem with wearing.
No smoking after surgery, no self-defense. (modified 1-3 times a week) Sleeping around 11-12 when cell regeneration is active. 2. No vitamin E oil or baby shampoo used.
Vitamin E oil is used by most people who have been treated at overseas hospitals during the birth period according to the doctor's recommendation, but it is believed that there is no recommended doctor among domestic hospitals yet. In my case, I didn't use it according to my personal choice.
There seems to be no problem with shampoo by diluting it in water until the second week and making it mild. The key point is to turn off the water pressure in the shower and wash it with running water. 3. Use a hair dryer to dry your hair. Using the cold wind for up to a month, extend your arms as far as possible to minimize graft hair irritation. After a month, I mix cold and lukewarm winds and dry them as usual. 4. Go out after wearing a baseball cap once or twice a week (not a hard baseball cap but a flexible stretchable front and adjustable strap).
5. 1 bottle of soju on the 21st day, 2 beers. It's winter when the sun is not strong, so I took off my hat and played soccer for 2 hours outside. -> It is a FUE method that does not cause the occipital incision to burst, so it is possible to exercise vigorously. It is said that you should avoid sunlight (ultraviolet rays) for a few months after surgery, so be careful. 6. Day 31 Two bottles of soju, smoking 6 worth of cigarettes. Wearing a soft beanie hat and playing basketball for 2 hours. After four months of surgery, I burned 5 to 10 worth of cigarettes a month until the fourth month, and then I definitely quit smoking. 7. Self-defense was well controlled 1-2 times a week until the first month, but not 3-4 times a week until the fourth month. From the fourth month, I'm sure I'm a gold daughter. I'm thinking of abstaining until I get married. -> In the end, I couldn't keep this decision.. I'm doing it 2-3 times a week lol. It's all about right 8. Tickling symptoms continued in the larynx and transplant sites for some time until a month. After a month, it starts to become comfortable with almost normal sensations, and after two months, almost 100% of the larynx and transplant sites have been restored. Until the fourth month, I felt a little pain when I pressed the transplant with my hand, but this symptom seems to be getting weaker.
9. Redness at the transplant site disappeared cleanly after 2 months. Hair follicular inflammation in the occipital region disappeared after 3 months.
10. The FUE method has a great advantage of not having a fear of scarring, but the disadvantage is that the thickness of the back of the head is reduced after surgery because it is collected rather than suturing after incision. However, even a person with hair loss has an appropriate amount of hair on the back of his/her eyes, so even a certain amount of hair does not sink well. In other words, it is not so negative that it is obvious in terms of beauty, so it is not at the level of concern.
11. It is said that transplant hair that does not grow and is embedded short should not be artificially extracted using tweezers or the like, but should be left until it naturally falls out. (It is said that if you visit the hospital because it's annoying, it will remove the unattended hair.) I was worried that my hair would grow later than others, and that my transplant hair would fall out slowly over 2-3 months, so the surgical procedure would be slow. Regardless of that, the transplant hair was removed together in the process of dropping out, and the new transplant hair grew and blended with the existing hair, showing a rapid surgical procedure in 3 months. Therefore, rather than being impatient, it seems necessary to have patience to wait for the results calmly.
* I'm sorry, but..
Compared to other hospitals that are still highly recognized in Korea, Motion Clinic felt a little lacking in ???? customer satisfaction ????.
The hospital automatically provides friendly greetings and warm green tea services from the moment they enter the hospital door to melt the mood of customers who have been in trouble.
In that sense, the Motion Clinic feels lacking.
(Of course, the motion clinic has a clunky feeling, but it greets me brightly and brings me a car. It just doesn't work out mechanically ;) Some are new hospitals, but the marketing and service areas still seem weak.
However, I personally don't think these should be an important factor to consider for hospital pre-taxation.
1. Intercommunication between doctors and patients before counseling surgery is clearly an important part. It depends on the individual, but..In my case, I didn't have any complaints, but.. Some members seem to complain.
2. In post-management follow-up management, there is nothing special about motion clinics.
(Still, at least due to follow-up, I didn't feel bothered when visiting or inquiring about the hospital. And as a follow-up measure, if you are dissatisfied with surgery a year later, I think it is enough to promise a certain part of free reinforcement procedures.) There is no vitamin treatment or service to link barbershops.
However, these lack of side legs came to me rather with lightness and trust.
Event-style services at a hospital were felt more like commercial tricks that misled customers than the concept of essential medical services.
-> There's nothing else about hair transplantation. It is wrong to receive a hair transplant that is only necessary for one's hair loss, and the patient himself/herself manages it carefully for two weeks.
After that, vitamin treatment or other services may improve the patient's mood and provide some convenience, but it is not considered to have anything to do with the outcome of the surgery.
After surgery, the patient can take self-care of healthy lifestyles, eating habits, and taking drugs.
Therefore, in my case, such services that felt unnecessary were not weighted at all to consider hospital ship taxis.
* I'm not a motion part-time job and I'm not in a position to be responsible for the outcome of the surgery. I'm just being honest with you about my thoughts.
I just hope my review will be helpful for reference in choosing a hospital, whether overseas or domestic.

* 1 day of post-transplant progress..
a hospital visit. Unwrap the bandage, wash the hair except for the transplant area.
The doctor told me to wash my hair with running water every day, but I decided to be as careful as I could. I was afraid that no matter how low the water pressure in the shower was turned on, the current would cause the transplant to fall out.
So, until the 5th day, only the top of the head and the back of the head except for the transplant were washed with water. (-> Regarding this part, I washed my hair on the 4th day after the second surgery ^^) It's itchy, but I wanted to touch the transplant hair out of curiosity, but I held it in until the second week when the transplant hair completely settled down. (It's a very important part of determining the birth.) Take antibiotics for about 5 days, then take pka and proserine. 6 days... (1 week) In the case of fue method, the occipital collection site is barely noticeable after about 6 days.
Turn down the shower water pressure and start washing your hair only with very gentle running water. (Shampoo NO) Never let the shower go to the transplant area. A way to let water flow from the back of the head. After drying carefully with the cold air of the hair dryer, I looked in the mirror and found a white dandruff on my scalp. A highway is formed at the transplant site and the transplant hair looks loose. Don't be surprised because these dead skin cells and cracks are common in the transplant area! From the 10th day, I washed the new gold shampoo with water. Again, do not touch the transplant area, and carefully rinse it with running water from the shower. Scabs are formed on the occipital collection area and the back of the head is open. It is more difficult to endure the occipital itch than the transplant area. (I think it is better to relieve the itchiness by carefully winding it through a shower because scratching the occipital area can cause wounds. 13th.. (two weeks) There are differences in management guidelines for each hospital, but it is judged that the scab removal is most appropriate two weeks after the birth is complete.
I visited the hospital and got rid of the scab.
Looking at the scabbed hair in the mirror, it's a little depressing that there aren't as many hair follicles planted as I thought. Call the hospital and schedule a free reinforcement consultation. Start washing without diluting it with water.
(Still don't touch the transplant; rinse your hair with running water.) The scab removal makes it very easy to wash your hair.
Start applying minoxidil to the scabbed head.
According to Dr. Motion, it is better to avoid any irritation or application to sensitive transplants until the first month after surgery. Other hair transplant hospitals usually recommend the use of minoxidil from the second week. The use of vitamin E oil at the time when the transplant site is most sensitive immediately after surgery will not be applied according to personal judgment, and minoxidil will be applied only once a day from the second week to the first month, and twice a day after a month.
21st..(3 weeks) Nano Gold Shampoo - Excellent antibacterial effect. Used to prevent follicular inflammation. (No 2-3 minutes massage due to concerns over scalp irritation.) For the first time since surgery, the transplant site also began to wash its hair in earnest using fingerprints. Graft hair, which has not been missing, is on the fingerprint. Since the procedure focused on density reinforcement has been performed, we are very concerned about the accompanying dropout.
For 10 days from the 30th to the 40th day, transplant hair loss and accompanying fall are carried out, and it is a period of extreme anxiety and depression due to the appearance of being emptier than before the procedure. On the 40th day, the amount of transplant hair loss gradually decreases and the mind begins to settle down. I'm relieved that the accompanying dropout seems to have ended to some extent. A few folliculitis used to come out and then subside, and according to the specialist, this is a very normal phenomenon and there is no problem with the transplant hair growing. Therefore, you don't have to pay too much attention, and it disappears after washing your hair well for a few days.
However, if the symptoms are severe, it seems right to visit a hospital and receive proper management.

Day 123 transitioned from prosca to taking finfascia. Feeling good with left density that looks like a clear improvement in a few days. I will observe it every week. Day 153 of taking walnuts. Day 158 of "Cellus" fine shampoo to start washing my hair. Encouraged by the further improvement in left density for 163 days, I took a picture after applying minoxidil.. I'm happy that I can do an all-back hairstyle.
Even around three or four months, the right side was already satisfactory in terms of density.. When I touched and styled my hair with my hands, the volume and richness of the drum room feel different from those of three or four months. It seemed to me that this is the sense of volume and abundance that comes to fruition around the 8-10 months that doctors mentioned. Since it is still about five months old, the new baby hair is also noticeable in several places, so there seems to be enough room for improvement on the right side. Fortunately, after over five months, we ended up with a significant improvement.. Anxiety has also decreased proportionally. And it's 166 days long.. There are still three weeks left until six months, but the left side is filled with satisfactory beauty density.
In my case, the hairline is filling from the back to the front.. Currently, the left density is also slightly insufficient in the front line. However, considering that the new baby transplant mother will grow, I am confident about the future results.

* Change in hair condition after 1st surgery 1. Compared to super normal people who stay in style even if they are soaked in water, my wet hair may still be at eye-wetting level. (I tend to be reluctant to play in the water because my hair is curly regardless of hair loss, so it is difficult if my hair gets wet. Lol) 2. My head still sinks when I put on and take off my hat. However, even if my hair sinks and my hairstyle crumples a little, I can take off my hat much more confidently compared to before surgery.
3. Still, it is not enough to be able to go out immediately even if you brush and dry your hair roughly once with a towel like normal people with a lot of hair when drying your hair. But definitely, the stress and time spent on hair washing have decreased significantly. As in the past, the futile and unfortunate events are now gone, as if we were at war with hair that we didn't have before going out, and then we ended up wearing a hat.
After drying the towel, dry it with a hair dryer and use your fingers to style it. 4. It was an excellent choice to get the procedure with an emphasis on M-shape reinforcement, density reinforcement, and expected hair loss progression without lowering the hairline. In the case of the slit method in overseas hospitals, it seems that Koreans and other Asians are planted at 65 to 75 per unit area. I had a hair transplant on August 27th. It's already been two weeks because time goes by so fast. I went to the hospital yesterday and checked the progress of the second week. The director looked at it and told me that it is time for the dark age to begin, and I will come back after I fall out, so don't be too anxious. They said you can think of it as a process of losing your hair.
I filled in the M-shape a little and transplanted it around the front and top of the head. A total of 4,000mo was held. When I consulted again, the director recommended that it was the most natural to look at my head and hair style, so I trusted and left it to him.
I was so nervous when I entered the operating room, but I had a stinging feeling when the injection came in, and other than that, I was fine. The anesthesia was done properly, so there was no pain after that. The process of collecting and transplanting followed, about 5 hours? 6 hours?I think I was in the hospital.
I usually cut my hair short and wear a hat often, so I thought about it and proceeded with a non-cut shaved head. The director did everything from collection to transplantation, and I felt that he was meticulous while watching.
After the surgery, he prescribed the medicine and emphasized that you should avoid alcohol and cigarettes for at least two weeks.
It was okay because I didn't smoke, and I drink alcohol sometimes, so it wasn't too hard to endure it.
For 2-3 days after the surgery, it was a little hard because of the itching rather than the pain. It's quite hard to endure what my hands keep trying to do. Still, there is no big inconvenience after that period.
