19. Management after scab removal
After removing the scab, I washed my hair twice a day in the morning and evening. I usually washed my hair with soap, and I continued to do so after surgery. I started taking multivitamin again after removing the scab, and I also took omega 3 to help blood circulation. And I didn't take any medicine that was helpful for hair loss. As this is my personal choice, I think those who read my review should choose a medicine that helps with hair loss at their own judgment.
Finally, the more I wash my hair day by day, the more I start to lose it. The dark ages have begun. I'm very depressed, and I was worried that my hair might not come out.
So I called the hospital and consulted, but now I heard that only a positive mind that will fly well is important. Of course, even though I had read the reviews in Daemo and was fully considering them, it became very depressing when the dark age came. I had a hair transplant on August 27th. It's already been two weeks because time goes by so fast. I went to the hospital yesterday and checked the progress of the second week. The director looked at it and told me that it is time for the dark age to begin, and I will come back after I fall out, so don't be too anxious. They said you can think of it as a process of losing your hair.
I filled in the M-shape a little and transplanted it around the front and top of the head. A total of 4,000mo was held. When I consulted again, the director recommended that it was the most natural to look at my head and hair style, so I trusted and left it to him.
I was so nervous when I entered the operating room, but I had a stinging feeling when the injection came in, and other than that, I was fine. The anesthesia was done properly, so there was no pain after that. The process of collecting and transplanting followed, about 5 hours? 6 hours?I think I was in the hospital.
I usually cut my hair short and wear a hat often, so I thought about it and proceeded with a non-cut shaved head. The director did everything from collection to transplantation, and I felt that he was meticulous while watching.
After the surgery, he prescribed the medicine and emphasized that you should avoid alcohol and cigarettes for at least two weeks.
It was okay because I didn't smoke, and I drink alcohol sometimes, so it wasn't too hard to endure it.
For 2-3 days after the surgery, it was a little hard because of the itching rather than the pain. It's quite hard to endure what my hands keep trying to do. Still, there is no big inconvenience after that period.
