My hair keeps falling out in the 5th month of transplant..(Photo record)

It's been about 4 months and a week since the surgery on December 22nd.
I went to the hospital at 4 months old to check my progress, and as some of you know, the hospital didn't say much and took it seriously, so I'm anxious and disturbed every day by myself

After removing the scab, it was really dense I've been watching him come up since he was eliminated, and I don't know if there's a big gap between hair.. Or I don't know if it's just most of what's up
It's so stuttering and I don't know if it's coming up in pictures
And once I wash my hair, I lose a lot of weight I was eating Proscar before surgery, but I changed it to Avodat after surgery
It's losing a lot more than it was before the surgery, so I wiped it off with a towel and lightly brushed off the front part of the surgery
It keeps coming out without stopping.. I thought it would all fall out, so I quit
I'm so confused and nervous
