안녕하세요. 벼르고 벼르던 2차 수술을 13년 5개월만에 하였습니다. 코로나 시기에 시간이 좀 있었는데 그때 했으면 좋았을걸 하는 후회가 있네요. 고민하지말고 빨리 하는게 최고인 것 같습니다.
저는 1차를 터키에서 했는데 주관적으로 비교하자면 여러면에서 국내가 낫다고 봅니다.
일단 터키는 마취가 넘 아프고(두피에 무슨 총 쏘듯 마취주사를 놔요ㅠ) 국내에선 그냥 편하게 수면마취
후 국소마취 했습니다.
그리고 그때 수술 후 몇년 뒤 까지도 이식부 마취기가 오래남더라고요. 채취부는 찌릿찌릿한 느낌때문에 괴로웠구요. (이건 신경이 돌아오는? 회복될때 나타나는 증상이라곤 합니다만 암튼 오래갔어요.)
2차에는 그런게 거의 없구 4주차에 접어든 현재 수술 전 느낌과 비슷합니다. 회복이 빨라요. 원래 이게 정상이겠죠.
며칠전에 단골 미용실을 갔는데 관자놀이 부분이 촘촘하게 잘 채워진게 신기하고 전에는 후두부 두피가 초토화 됐었는데 이번 수술은 상처도 없고 깨끗하다고 하더라고요..
서론이 길었는데 암튼 2차 하기로 마음을 먹고 유튜브로 정보를 많이 얻으면서 병원 선택에 있어서 고려했던 사항이 관자놀이 부분을 얼마나 자연스럽게 이식하는지? 그래서 식모기 방식이 낫다고 판단하여 몇군데 상담을 받았고 채취할 후두부의 현재 상태와 수술 방식에 대한 설명, 그리고 이 수술이 체력이 좋은 사람이 수술해야 잘 되는 수술이라 생각하고 젊은 의사분이면 좋겠다 생각을 했었습니다. 그렇게 추리다보니 모다올이 저에게 딱 맞았고 수술은 사진을 보시면 아시겠지만 성공적이고 추석 연휴 전 수술을 해서 관리도 나름 잘 됐다 생각하며 느긋하게 경과를 기다리려고 합니다.
오늘 병원에 수술 3주 후 경과보러 가는길에 지하철에서 후기를 쓰고 있는데 내용이 좀 정리가 안됐을 수도 있을 것 같네요. 나중에 조금 수정하도록 하겠습니다.
저는 해외와 국내 비교 위주로 작성해보려고 했으며 터키가 저렴하다고는 하지만 무조건 국내가 낫다고 봅니다. 거기는 그냥 공장이에요. 후두부 보면 마음이 아픕니다ㅠㅠ
