As I wrote in the link, I'm naturally thin and have very thin haircrying

Now I have 1 follicle inflammation, got treated at the hospital, and got care yesterday, but the red part of the inflammation is not too bad and it is progressing very well.

There is no special care, but I eat 3 meals a day, go to bed before 12 o'clock, and smoke, but all I have to drink is 500 3 cups of paper a month before the surgery.
I don't eat instant food, I don't eat flour, I rarely eat fried foods, and I often eat my own food, herbs, vegetables, and fruits. I think I really drink about 3 liters of water. It's not good to drink too much, but in my case, I'm not addicted to water, and I sweat more than the general public, so even if I drink a lot, I drink enough, and I rarely drink coffee and replace moisture with water more than 90%.
The end of the hair is completely dry (dry) twice a day to the scalp + hair beam + 1 pill per day of medication. Hair shampoo is one day and night..

I was so nervous when I entered the operating room, but I had a stinging feeling when the injection came in, and other than that, I was fine.
