Hair transplantation is more important than anything else because the final result is finally confirmed after a year.

It is a space where members are diagnosed with their condition after surgery and counseled on postoperative management, case-by-case occurrence, and additional supplementation methods.

It has the most clinical data in the world, where doctors related to hair transplantation also visit to study cases.

Thank you to all the seniors who left a meaningful record that can't express its value to someone preparing for surgery.

Leaving photo data after surgery is also "patient strength" and is a strong insurance policy against future unexpected surgical outcomes.

Hello, because of the strong genetic hair loss I inherited from my maternal side (my maternal grandfather and uncle are bald),
I am a hair loss patient who has lived with almost no hair since I was in my 20s..

As you can see in the picture, I've been wearing a hat that's almost resigned because hair loss has progressed throughout my head and top of my head due to lack of hair. If you look at the picture and check the condition, you can guess how hard I must have been.

My medication history is that I've been taking Pinasteride drugs since about two years ago, and then a year later, I switched to Dutta and I've been taking one Dutta every day until now.

In fact, I wish I had been aware of hair loss in advance and took the medicine sooner, but I wasn't even aware of the progression of hair loss due to the small amount of raw hair.. In fact, I didn't know that even if I had hair loss, I took the medicine late because I didn't know it would come this fast.

Anyway, the past was in the past, and I wanted to try hair transplantation rather than wearing a wig in the future, so I collected money from my part-time job and went on a counseling tour around the middle of last month.

In the first place, there were three counseling sessions, including Dr. Charm, and Dr. Charm visited the second time.
Of course, I couldn't be more satisfied with the Charm Doctor Hospital and immediately canceled my third hospital appointment and came back home.

Like many of the godmother members, I also did a rough preliminary survey before the counseling tour, and the common part of the doctor's review was that he was very kind and sweet, and when I met him in person, he was a personally reliable person, regardless of the doctor-patient relationship. This part can be somewhat subjective, so you can understand what I mean if you visit the hospital in person.

In addition to the subjective impression, the specific details at the time of the consultation were objectivity in terms of information delivery and the implementation of a reconnaissance system that could be neatly understood.

I can't tell you about this well because I'm just a regular person, but I'll summarize the characteristics I felt through consultation with the director and the director and the reason why I chose this hospital.
However, there may be something wrong because I'm telling you based on the memory of about a month ago.

 1. The first thing I have to tell you is that we have a lot of technology in the surgical method of planting between the top of the head, between the hair follicles and the hair follicles. In the case of diffuse hair loss on the common hair like me, the hair loss area is not locally limited, but the overall loss is a form, so a surgery to fill the hair between the hair follicles is inevitable, and he said this was a very difficult operation (common sense, I also agree with it).

->From what I understand, the director also said that the surgery to plant between hair follicles was not performed for all patients from the beginning. At first, he said that he had learned the know-how on how to operate well so that the hair between the hair follicles does not fall apart during growth. (I know that you made a presentation at a conference or something, and I heard that there are patents.) I thought that this hospital was the perfect place for my hair because I had no hair, thin hair, and hair loss as a whole.

2. He also explained how to minimize the scar in the process of suturing the incision after the incision and gave a sufficient explanation of the scar by showing various photographs. (I remember you said it would prevent the wound from opening as much as possible because the scalp consisting of the epidermis-dermal-fat layer is cut and sutured one after another from the inside.)
-> To be honest, I didn't expect much about the scar because I didn't have hair at first, but I was relieved to hear that I had fewer scars. You can check this in the later post and later review.

3. I really liked the fact-based and clear explanations in everything from explaining the surgical process to diagnosing scalp conditions to the effects you can expect after surgery. In other words, "not selling drugs," in other words, he saves any words on the part that cannot be guaranteed 100%, but he said he would do his best to operate everything he could be involved in, citing the director's words. I really don't know what the outcome will be in the future, but I have no regrets about having the surgery at all.

The above is after I chose this hospital. The surgical process is like this.
1. We set a date for the surgery, and stopped taking multivitamins from the point the surgery was imminent. This is to reduce the amount of bleeding. Of course, I kept taking the dutasteride medicine.

2. The operation was carried out at 9 a.m. and you will have the operation on an empty stomach. We take pictures before the operation and consult with the director on the transplant site and line in earnest on the morning of the operation.

3. Change your patient's clothes, put an IV in your arm, and enter the operating room. And after the incision, the collection work begins, and sleep anesthesia enters, so there is no pain at all. I'm not particularly insensitive to pain, but even today, on the third day of surgery, I didn't feel uncomfortable because of the pain at all. Compared to the pain, the sore stomatitis is more painful and bothers me. I remember that the collection after the incision took place for a little more than an hour, but time flies when I listen to a little bit of the cult show on the operating room radio after waking up from sleep anesthesia. After spending some time with sleep anesthesia, patients undergoing surgery did not feel bored or tired.

4. After that, I stretch for a while, go to the bathroom, take a break, and then start transplantation. I was a relatively large transplant, so it took some time even though I had sleep anesthesia. At this time, I think I usually had small conversations with the teacher rather than listening to the radio.

5. After the surgery, you go into the resting room without the IV, and when you go into the resting room, there is a porridge that you can see in the picture. The porridge I ate during the college entrance exam was not good, but the porridge I ate at this time was very delicious, so it was really good. To be honest, I think I should go home and eat delicious mackerel, but the porridge was so delicious at that time that I wanted to eat more. I ate it all up.

6. Then, I met the manager and the director again, tell me exactly how many hairs were transplanted, the number of hairs counted up to one digit, explain in detail whether there was anything wrong with the surgery, and take a picture immediately after the surgery. What was actually quite surprising here was that I originally had 4,000 hair surgery, but I had so little hair that I only collected about 3,800 hair follicles. So, he returned the amount equivalent to 200 mo in cash. I was a little surprised, but I felt good when I saw three sheets of yellow paper.

7. And I get the Charm Doctor package, and in the package, there are various notices, two types of spray and painkillers, a business card with the doctor's personal contact information, a prescription, a foam shampoo, disinfectant and ointment, and a neck pillow for sleeping and a hand-fixing strap. I tried to do anything else, but I really liked the strap that fixes my hands. It actually works very well. Your anxiety before and after bed is much lessened. At this time, he really explained everything from one to ten about the precautions after the surgery, but he said it was ambiguous exactly where to put his neck on the neck pillow, so he explained it well even while going to the recovery room and lying down. So I don't think I've been well even after the surgery.

On the 8th and 2nd day (the day after the surgery), I will visit the hospital again and teach you how to shampoo in detail. I thought I wouldn't be good at this because I'm a Zem disease, but it's not that difficult. But it takes a long time to shampoo and dry. I think it's more because I transplanted it in a wide range.

**That's all. I had surgery on Thursday and it's a little past midnight on Monday, but I haven't experienced any inconvenience yet. However, I have to pay attention during the birth period, so I'm just watching dramas and movies on YouTube that are pushed back from home. Thank you for reading it. I will post more details during the progress review.
