I really rested at home for a week after getting a transplant shampoo. I didn't do anything except simple cleaning.
I have a lot of work stress such as client meetings, but I avoided hair follicles as much as possible until a week.
I was definitely relaxed for a week by watching a delayed drama and having personal time while reading a movie or a book.
I've been using enough toner, shampoo, and spray that I received after medicine or surgery.
I used up the spray earlier than I thought, so I put water in it from the middle to keep it dry.
As a result, it seems to have fallen out greatly or is well-established without a single follicle.
A week later, I started a simple outsourcing job.
I've never felt anything wrong with my body except for the red transplant site.
Someone recommends taking care of hair follicles especially carefully because they are coming up at this time.

I had a hair transplant on August 27th. It's already been two weeks because time goes by so fast. I went to the hospital yesterday and checked the progress of the second week. The director looked at it and told me that it is time for the dark age to begin, and I will come back after I fall out, so don't be too anxious. They said you can think of it as a process of losing your hair.
I filled in the M-shape a little and transplanted it around the front and top of the head. A total of 4,000mo was held. When I consulted again, the director recommended that it was the most natural to look at my head and hair style, so I trusted and left it to him.
I was so nervous when I entered the operating room, but I had a stinging feeling when the injection came in, and other than that, I was fine. The anesthesia was done properly, so there was no pain after that. The process of collecting and transplanting followed, about 5 hours? 6 hours?I think I was in the hospital.
I usually cut my hair short and wear a hat often, so I thought about it and proceeded with a non-cut shaved head. The director did everything from collection to transplantation, and I felt that he was meticulous while watching.
After the surgery, he prescribed the medicine and emphasized that you should avoid alcohol and cigarettes for at least two weeks.
It was okay because I didn't smoke, and I drink alcohol sometimes, so it wasn't too hard to endure it.
For 2-3 days after the surgery, it was a little hard because of the itching rather than the pain. It's quite hard to endure what my hands keep trying to do. Still, there is no big inconvenience after that period.
