1. preoperative consultation

2. the day of surgery
In fact, I had a lot of worries about whether it was right to have surgery by the morning of the day of surgery. But he decided to take courage and headed to the hospital,
Since I arrived at the hospital, I have become more comfortable.
The surgical process consisted of occipital shaved head, sleep anesthesia and scalp anesthesia, and transplantation and collection (repeated 3 times).
It started at 10 o'clock and ended around 4 o'clock, but I'm not an expert, but I think the hair follicles collected will have a lot of impact on the implantation in a short time.

3. Postoperative management and progress
Luckily, I have a couple of months to rest after the surgery
I put my heart and soul into postoperative care. In particular, for two weeks during the birth period, I rarely went outside, ate well, and tried to rest well.
I didn't smoke originally, and I've been drinking alcohol since three months before the surgery until now. I ate mainly protein, and I refrained from eating fatty foods and flour foods as much as possible. I also saw the opinion that the food I eat does not significantly affect the trend, but I did my best not to leave any regrets about struggling. I've been taking Pina series hair loss drugs (since November last year), multivitamin, and I've tried to fall asleep between 10 and 11 as much as possible.
I was very worried that there might be a simultaneous dropout because it was a large-scale transplant of the crown, but thankfully, the dropout has not occurred until now
Three weeks after the operation, the transplant hair fell out little by little, but the amount of dropouts was not that large. As five weeks pass, the number of transplant hair loss seems to be decreasing.
There is a long way to go, but I will try my best to manage it.

I've only had a beer or two since the 15th day, and I've avoided drinking too much.(When you have a drinking appointment)
When I wanted to drink after work, I just replaced it with non-alcoholic beer, but it would have been hard without this...
The hospital told me to never drink for 10 days during the birth period, and if I look up other reviews, it's 3 weeks, it's a month, so I was confused because everything was different...
I think it's better to be as careful as possible because it's Sabasa and Kebake. It's better than regretting for no reason.
The same goes for exercise. Weight was just completely off until a month after the procedure.
It can't be applied, and it can cause inflammation that you might not know..
So I held the gym for a month... Tears are covering my eyes at the thought of having to work out again ㅜㅜ
