When I decided to transplant hair, the most difficult part was the incision/non-excision option. What was as important to me as the results of the surgery was that I had to meet people while working at a company, so it was important not to show after the hair transplant. The M-shaped hair loss section is so deep that more than 1,800 hair follicles are needed, but it was mainly an incision that was recommended that there was no problem in daily life (when consulting various hospitals) and non-cuttings were recommended a lot.
In conclusion, I chose the incision, and today is the 4th day, and even if I go to work with my bangs covered, no one knows, so I'm very satisfiedLol, but it was a little difficult to get a haircut in the morning because I couldn't touch the transplant or use the dryer. I put my middle hair down well from far away because of the cold wind. It's a bit sloppy than usual, but it's not noticeable at all^^
2. Date of surgery
I had an operation at 8 a.m. on a weekday Thursday, so I left early by subway. It was about an hour away, but I arrived earlier than I thought, so I waited leisurely. After a while, I heard the operation schedule and explanation of the purchase of necessary drugs from the manager, and the cost of the operation was calculated immediately. After that, I met the director and finalized the design and went into the operating room, and the nurse was preparing for 4 to 5 minutes.
First, to make an incision, I sat on my stomach on a chair and got an anesthetic injection in the larynx while drinking laughter gas. The injection stung a lot, but it wasn't that bad that I couldn't hold it back. I fell asleep after that, but what I remember is that I raised my head in my sleep, so I think you told me several times that you shouldn't raise your head. I slept well the night before, but I can sleep very well
After the occipital incision, I changed my chair to a regular position and sat down. The director did the slit work, but I was still dizzy at this time, so I slept and woke up and it was over. When I opened my eyes, it was lunchtime, so I took a break for about an hour and started hair transplantation.
Two nurses split the transplant between two sides, but it was still dazed, so I kept sleepingLOL You said you'd show me anything you wanted to watch Netflix, but I chose to sleep. I woke up around 3 p.m., but I'm still working on a transplant. When I was thirsty in the middle, I talked in advance, drank water, changed my posture, and had a hair transplant, and around 5 o'clock, the 1,800 hair follicle transplant was finally completed. Afterwards, the director came and slit the hair follicles to remain and transplant additional hair follicles, and additional 206 hair follicles were transplanted. Additional transplants were done meticulously while going around. Perhaps because you were so meticulous, I thought a lot that the density after surgery could be good.
After the additional transplant work was completed, he applied EGF gel (?) and covered it with a wrap. However, I had a lot of bleeding, so I had a hard time cleaning up the bleeding while it was coming. I haven't even drunk since two weeks before the surgery. I think there's a lot of individual differences in this. Fortunately, the blood hasn't come out since the evening of the day.
3. After surgery
The next day, I visited the hospital and received care such as hyperbaric oxygen and laser, and learned how to wash my hair. High-pressure oxygen was additionally visited and managed on the second day. When I got home, I sprayed it continuously every 30 minutes of the birth spray. I sprayed it a lot so that there was no time to dry it and used it once a day. Today is the fourth day of surgery, and the density of the transplanted hair is visible without any problems, so I'm praying that the birth will have gone well

I had a hair transplant on August 27th. It's already been two weeks because time goes by so fast. I went to the hospital yesterday and checked the progress of the second week. The director looked at it and told me that it is time for the dark age to begin, and I will come back after I fall out, so don't be too anxious. They said you can think of it as a process of losing your hair.
I filled in the M-shape a little and transplanted it around the front and top of the head. A total of 4,000mo was held. When I consulted again, the director recommended that it was the most natural to look at my head and hair style, so I trusted and left it to him.
I was so nervous when I entered the operating room, but I had a stinging feeling when the injection came in, and other than that, I was fine. The anesthesia was done properly, so there was no pain after that. The process of collecting and transplanting followed, about 5 hours? 6 hours?I think I was in the hospital.
I usually cut my hair short and wear a hat often, so I thought about it and proceeded with a non-cut shaved head. The director did everything from collection to transplantation, and I felt that he was meticulous while watching.
After the surgery, he prescribed the medicine and emphasized that you should avoid alcohol and cigarettes for at least two weeks.
It was okay because I didn't smoke, and I drink alcohol sometimes, so it wasn't too hard to endure it.
For 2-3 days after the surgery, it was a little hard because of the itching rather than the pain. It's quite hard to endure what my hands keep trying to do. Still, there is no big inconvenience after that period.
It hasn't been long since the surgery, so I don't know any noticeable changes. Still, as the director said, I believe it will be abundant if you take care of it step by step and wait. I hope it can be a little bit of reference to those who are worried like me.
