It took more than four hours before preparation, but many staff teachers were put into the operation in a warm bed, so the operation time did not feel long, and they kept asking if it was difficult or okay.
I think it was particularly difficult for about three days after the surgery.
I had to go to work the very next day, so I had to wash it with a huge spray of saline I received to get rid of the scalp skin color.
Fortunately, when I went to work the next day, I couldn't tell at all.
And because you shouldn't touch the top of your head for 14 days, you could wake up an hour earlier than usual, put shampoo in a foam container, apply the top of your head, and rub the rest of it to wash. It was difficult to wash and dry in the beginning because there was no trick.
And it was very itchy from 7 to 14 days, so it was difficult to take care of it not to touch it after eating it.
Fortunately, there was a hair washing service in the middle, so I was able to take care of it using hospital services several times. I think I recovered a little faster because I also received mechanical treatment that makes circulation better under the removal of swelling.
It's okay to stay still until the 10th, but it was difficult to sleep straight because of the tenderness, and curiously, after removing the thread on the 14th, the pain of pulling the back of the head has decreased significantly, and there is no discomfort at all at the moment for three weeks.
The incision is also covered by the head, so it is not noticeable at all, and the color has faded a lot.
Now, the hair that was planted for two to three months will fall out and start to appear from four months, and after this period, we will be treated again from four months so that the surrounding hair does not fall out.

1. the day of Hair Transplant
-I left a detailed review last time, so I'll briefly talk about this part and move on. The most worrisome part of the day is probably pain. You can think of several anesthesia injections when collecting and transplanting anesthesia, and several anesthesia injections are given at the dentist. It hurts, but if you endure this time well, it's worth it. If you are worried about the pain, I recommend you to transplant it so that you don't worry too much.
2. Between the 1st and 2nd weeks
It is possible to do outdoor activities after about 3 days, and if you cover your hair well even after a week, you can hardly tell. Repeat the appearance and fall of the booger. If you use a weak acid shampoo purchased at the hospital every day and wash your hair gently, the scabs fall several times each time you wash your hair. And there is a very itchy situation due to the scab, but it gets better if you put your head in it. So don't scratch it as much as possible. If it's itchy, I think it's better to wash your hair. And since it was an incision type, the back of the head pulled and sutured skin feels pulled and uncomfortable, but it gets better after about two weeks.
3. Between the 2nd and 4th weeks
Now I can feel my hair growing. I think the transplanted hair grows to about 1 to 2 cm in length is palpable by hand. Of course, there are some hair that gets pulled out because it's not transplanted well. However, I think it will grow well if I don't scratch it, drink it, and don't get inflamed. For those who sweat a lot on their head and often itch, I think it would be better to do it in spring and autumn or winter than in summer.
4. After the 5th week
I visited Umchan Clinic and checked the progress. He took pictures, did electrotherapy(?) and laser therapy(?) and applied vitamin ampoule. The doctor also calmly said, "As long as you don't drink and don't get inflamed. I think that's great." The nurses responded kindly, and they said they could misbehave in eight months.
General evaluation, I would like to tell you not to worry too much for those who are worried that it will greatly interfere with their work or outside activities. And my acquaintances around me also talk about the hospital, but I think a doctor like Umchan has more experience than a large plastic surgery, and a hospital specializing in Hair Transplant would be better. I had a hair transplant on August 27th. It's already been two weeks because time goes by so fast. I went to the hospital yesterday and checked the progress of the second week. The director looked at it and told me that it is time for the dark age to begin, and I will come back after I fall out, so don't be too anxious. They said you can think of it as a process of losing your hair.
I filled in the M-shape a little and transplanted it around the front and top of the head. A total of 4,000mo was held. When I consulted again, the director recommended that it was the most natural to look at my head and hair style, so I trusted and left it to him.
I was so nervous when I entered the operating room, but I had a stinging feeling when the injection came in, and other than that, I was fine. The anesthesia was done properly, so there was no pain after that. The process of collecting and transplanting followed, about 5 hours? 6 hours?I think I was in the hospital.
I usually cut my hair short and wear a hat often, so I thought about it and proceeded with a non-cut shaved head. The director did everything from collection to transplantation, and I felt that he was meticulous while watching.
After the surgery, he prescribed the medicine and emphasized that you should avoid alcohol and cigarettes for at least two weeks.
It was okay because I didn't smoke, and I drink alcohol sometimes, so it wasn't too hard to endure it.
For 2-3 days after the surgery, it was a little hard because of the itching rather than the pain. It's quite hard to endure what my hands keep trying to do. Still, there is no big inconvenience after that period.
It hasn't been long since the surgery, so I don't know any noticeable changes. Still, as the director said, I believe it will be abundant if you take care of it step by step and wait. I hope it can be a little bit of reference to those who are worried like me.
