1. Hospital preparation

2. Preparation for surgery
There's no preparation for surgery.. It's already been 3 months, but to write it down as I remember it...

3. Surgery
I put a vibrator with me when I got an anesthetic injection. I don't remember it hurting at all

Or I've erased my memory of being sick from my head.. Hah!
The hospital played a movie, so I watched a movie, talked to the director, and had surgery.
I think it takes 5 to 6 hours to eat porridge in the middle.
4. the first night
Oh, I'm excited to hear that it's the first night.. -_-
I put a bandage on my head, and the hospital gave me a neckband so I could sleep straight
I spent the day feeling a little uncomfortable, repeating this and that.
Maybe because I slept after taking one Tylenol, I felt a little throbbing, but it wasn't too uncomfortable.
I was more worried about getting my hands on my head.
After that day, I went to the hospital the next day and got shampoo.
It was a good memory to take off bandages and shampoo..
5. 2nd week of exfoliating shampoos
Until the 2nd week, it was itchy and tingling
It wasn't a big problem.
However, shampooing in the morning and evening couldn't help but be so annoying.
I'm carefully using two types of shampoo.. It takes a long time to shampoo
Anyway, I exfoliated it with my second week of exfoliating and it was very cool.
I thought that was the real freedom from then on.

6. the dark ages

Still, it's hard to see unless you look at your hair.
I've only had a beer or two since the 15th day, and I've avoided drinking too much.(When you have a drinking appointment)
When I wanted to drink after work, I just replaced it with non-alcoholic beer, but it would have been hard without this...
The hospital told me to never drink for 10 days during the birth period, and if I look up other reviews, it's 3 weeks, it's a month, so I was confused because everything was different...
I think it's better to be as careful as possible because it's Sabasa and Kebake. It's better than regretting for no reason.
The same goes for exercise. Weight was just completely off until a month after the procedure.
It can't be applied, and it can cause inflammation that you might not know..
