Hair transplantation is more important than anything else because the final result is finally confirmed after a year.
It is a space where members are diagnosed with their condition after surgery and counseled on postoperative management, case-by-case occurrence, and additional supplementation methods.
It has the most clinical data in the world, where doctors related to hair transplantation also visit to study cases.
Thank you to all the seniors who left a meaningful record that can't express its value to someone preparing for surgery.
Leaving photo data after surgery is also "patient strength" and is a strong insurance policy against future unexpected surgical outcomes.

It's an idolam varimer.
I had a hair transplant in February at the Apgujeong Moderham
(M-shape hair loss non-cut shaving 4,500 hair)
April has already begun.
As I promised, I will write continuous reviews.
If it was about counseling and surgery before
Today, we're going to talk about the night of surgery to the 58th.
(This is based on personal experience. ^^)
▶ On the night of surgery
It didn't hurt right after the surgery, but when I come home, the anesthesia gradually unravels and it hurts.
(Recommended to take painkillers prescribed by the hospital before bed)
When the anesthesia is released, the nerves in the head are likely to come back to life as they used to, but they are not.
The feeling of anesthesia continues not only to the transplant area but also to the top of the head.
(Even now that I'm writing - It's getting better little by little... - That's right.)
There may be individual differences, but it takes time to come back 100%.
It is recommended to spray the first-duration spray received after surgery frequently so that it does not dry out on the transplant site.
The hospital tells you to spray it enough to use it all within two days, but if you spray it hard, you'll use it for two days.
(I also sprinkled sesame seeds while sleeping at night. ^^)
Gauze is attached to the collection area
Make sure to sleep with a nonwoven pillow cover received from the hospital because blood and fluids come out when you lie down.
(It is also recommended to place a clean towel on the pillow.)
You have to lie in position and not touch the transplant
You won't be able to sleep properly because the collection area hurts and the gauze is uncomfortable.
(When I wake up, I wake up and spray it on my face.)
I have a bad sleeping habit, so I have a lot of big tongs next to my pajamas
(If you try to lie on your side, you'll wake up because of the tongs.)
In case I touched the transplant with my hands, I put a strap on the gloves at home and slept with my hips.
(I've been sleeping like this for 9 days when I shouldn't touch the transplant site. ^^)
▶ Day 1 of surgery
If you have time the day after the surgery, make an appointment for shampoo after the surgery.
You'll get your first shampoo when you go. ^^
If you lie down in a clean shampoo room
"Don't be too surprised because you might get sick."
He also explains how to shampoo while washing it delicately.
The transplant area doesn't feel painful because only shampoo water is raised, but the collection area is chilling. ^^
(But compared to the anesthesia injection on the day of surgery, this is like acting cute...)
After that, explain how to dry your hair, dry it, and take a picture of the transplant site.
You can see a little blood, but it's cool. ^^
You don't have to put the gauze from the collection area anymore
It will be difficult for you to sleep comfortably because of the tingling feeling of the collection area.
If you don't put a clean towel on top of the pillowcase you got from the hospital
I'm going to wake up and wash my pillow. (I would have done that. That's twice... (ㅠㅠ)
▶ Day 2
There is a transparent scab in the transplant area and no blood is seen.
The collection area is still bleeding and gushing.
They say you should never touch the transplant site for 9 days during the birth period
It's quite annoying and frustrating.
I can't believe it's only the second day... Time really doesn't go by.
My forehead and eyes are swollen and painful, but then I use an eye patch-like compressor that the hospital gave me.
(Be careful not to touch the transplant area.)
From the second day, I shampoo every day at home in the way the hospital told me.
▶Day 3
72 hours, the most important thing for hair sticking, is passing.
Colorful scabs are formed along with transparent scabs at the transplant site.
The collection department is still full. As expected, time really doesn't go by.
I look up videos on hair transplants on YouTube and read related articles, but time doesn't go by.
▶ Day 4
There are more and more scabs with transplant colors.
The collection site is almost gone.
▶ Day 5
The transplant scabs start to crack little by little.
We don't see any pungent material from the collection site.
Since then, I've only used pillows without towels.
▶ Day 6
Transplant scabs split further
I think it splits more because it's dry in winter.
▶ 7th to 9th day
The scabs on the transplant area start to crack
At this time, if you look at the split part of the scab, there seems to be no hair.
I'm worried for some reason, but tomorrow is the day I can shampoo my fingerprints
Let's wait for tomorrow.
▶ Day 10
The scab splits reach their peak.
Fortunately, it's the day you can shampoo your fingerprints from the 10th day.
The hospital tells you how to shampoo your fingerprints on the phone. ^^
Let's get excited and start shampooing your fingerprints! Carefully, let's blow enough to remove the scab.
Even after shampooing, the scab appears to have no hair and bruises on the transplant area
I'm excited because it's a day to get out of the psychological burden of never touching the transplant site.
It's been a long time since I slept comfortably.
It's the most painful and I don't even have time until the 10th day, but after that, time starts to go as usual. ^^
▶ Day 11
I'm slowly developing follicular inflammation.
Apply the dermatop prescribed by the hospital after surgery.
He said he could drink/cigarette after the 10th, but he stopped smoking in the past,
I didn't drink alcohol because of folliculitis. ^^
▶Day 12-13
It looks like there's no hair in the split shape of the scab
As it grows little by little, it doesn't feel like that.
▶ 14th to 15th day
I have a lot of follicular inflammation, but my hair is growing.
▶Day 16-17
The follicular inflammation has started to decrease.
My hair is getting bigger and I'm excited.
For some reason, I feel like the dark age will not come.
▶Day 18-19
Hair follicle inflammation comes up from time to time...
I was expecting the dark age not to come
That doesn't happen to me.
The transplant area's head starts to fall out.
▶Day 20
Visiting the hospital
The director takes a look at the hair and organizes it.
I also asked you what you were curious about at that time.
The hair that looks like a split scab is
It might look like that now, but he said he planted it well during surgery, so don't worry,
He told me to use minoxidil after 30 days.
In addition to that, I asked you questions and answered them kindly.
And lastly, please go out to the nurse
"Please write down all the conversations now on the chart. ^^" She's doing it
Even after the surgery, I felt that you were taking care of it in detail.
And then the nurse paid for the figures?(defoliation) and laser treatment.
(There is no cost. Free~ ^^)
The hair that's going to fall out of the transplant area is going to fall out. ^^
It didn't bother me because I thought it was a hair that would disappear anyway.
After treatment, take pictures and come back home with a reservation in May
Many blue bruises have disappeared, but the redness is still full.
▶Day 21~23
The collection area is heady and not showing. (Some parts are still ㅠㅠ아직)
The transplant site is gradually falling out.
▶ 24th to 58th day (when there is little change)
After going to the hospital on the 20th, I didn't pay much attention to the transplant site.
Since I have trust in the director and there is no change in the transplant department, I naturally don't care.
However, these days, small folliculitis occurs at the transplant site, and a dermatop is applied every time.
(I've been applying minoxidil since the 40th day, but I stopped because I think I'm getting folliculitis after applying it for a few days.)
The transplant head is almost gone now. Hahaha (I can see your hair coming out little by little)
The redness of the transplant area is gradually decreasing, but it is still noticeable and bothersome.
If I have time, I'll come back with a review.
See you next time ^^
