Still, there are a few hospitals that I'm attracted to by the reviews, so I decided on a list and received counseling from 6 places. Most of the hospitals were kind and consulted well. The difference in estimates differed greatly in incisions and non-incisions, and even though they were similar parameters for each hospital, there was a slight difference in price.
After reviewing the follow-up and AS, I was able to finally decide and undergo surgery by removing the hospital one by one.
There have often been hospitals that have stuck to non-excision except for incision, but I've wanted to do the incision method since a long time ago, and the difference between the two surgical methods is whether to cut or not. I don't know well, but I've heard that the incision method is the most classic for all surgeries and complications are less likely. Of course, that's my personal reason.
The operation was conducted under local anesthesia and it seems to have taken less than 5 hours. After incision, the hospital fed me during the break, so I ate deliciously and got a transplant. I couldn't see anything like a piggyback with my naked eyes, and I think it fell off naturally while shampooing.
The redness is still clearly visible. Especially if you have lighter skin like me, it makes your skin look more prominent lol
Still, it's hard to see unless you look at your hair.
I've only had a beer or two since the 15th day, and I've avoided drinking too much.(When you have a drinking appointment)
When I wanted to drink after work, I just replaced it with non-alcoholic beer, but it would have been hard without this...
The hospital told me to never drink for 10 days during the birth period, and if I look up other reviews, it's 3 weeks, it's a month, so I was confused because everything was different...
I think it's better to be as careful as possible because it's Sabasa and Kebake. It's better than regretting for no reason.
The same goes for exercise. Weight was just completely off until a month after the procedure.
It can't be applied, and it can cause inflammation that you might not know..
So I held the gym for a month... Tears are covering my eyes at the thought of having to work out again ㅜㅜ
And I had my hair cut on the 12th day. I've been growing my hair since before the surgery, so it's gotten too messy after more than a month.
My friend is a hairdresser, so I asked as much as I could, and I trimmed the transplant area very carefully with scissors, and the back part (the hair follicle collection area) was gently done with a barricade.
I was told not to use shampoo on the transplant area at all, and I only used the other areas carefully.

I filled in the M-shape a little and transplanted it around the front and top of the head. A total of 4,000mo was held. When I consulted again, the director recommended that it was the most natural to look at my head and hair style, so I trusted and left it to him.
I was so nervous when I entered the operating room, but I had a stinging feeling when the injection came in, and other than that, I was fine. The anesthesia was done properly, so there was no pain after that. The process of collecting and transplanting followed, about 5 hours? 6 hours?I think I was in the hospital.
I usually cut my hair short and wear a hat often, so I thought about it and proceeded with a non-cut shaved head. The director did everything from collection to transplantation, and I felt that he was meticulous while watching.
