A. Background of surgery
- I had surgery in Daegu by incision about 7-8 years ago. At that time, the hair loss was suddenly getting worse, so I was very satisfied with the surgery. I don't remember the exact amount of hair, but I had a lot of hair transplanted, and I was quite satisfied because it seemed to narrow my broad forehead even a little. But when I think about it, I think it was different from the beginning after a year of judging that it was properly born.
However, it was a surgery that cost a lot of money, and the hospital said this was okay, so I think I was satisfied.
- However, not long ago, I felt that the front part looked empty enough to bother me, and the top of the head was getting worse.
- Eventually, after searching hard on the Internet, I thought I should get counseling first, and I visited the hospital. After hearing that the previous first surgery was wrong during the consultation, I decided to undergo the second surgery after agonizing over it.
B. Selection of hospital and surgical methods
- The criteria for choosing a hospital were 1) a hospital that was more than 5 years old 2) a hospital that was operated by a single doctor 3) a place where only one surgery was performed per day. It was judged that it was a place that matched this.
- As for the surgery method, I wanted a surgery that showed as little difference as possible depending on the nature of the work with many external meetings. Therefore, even if it costs a little, we decided to proceed with a non-cut-free method.
- I was told that it was not an easy operation because I had to transplant the hair from the front to the top of the head, and I had to transplant the hair between the parts where the first operation was performed.
C. Surgery
1) a surgical procedure
- I arrived at the hospital at 9 a.m. for the surgery. I was forced to go to bed the day before, so I dozed off a lot at the first time. I sat down comfortably and played Netflix, and they were so nice to me that I was nodding off at some point (^^;;)
- The operation seemed to proceed to 1) partial collection confirmation 2) hair follicle collection 3) transplantation stage. There were a lot of planting parts and not a lot of hair, so I divided it into three sessions.
- I also had lunch time in the middle, and I was able to eat lightly without any burden because they prepared delicious porridge.
- It wasn't an easy operation, and the doctor looked at it very carefully, so the operation took longer than expected.
2) a review of the operation
- Currently, it has been about a week since the surgery. It's frustrating and uncomfortable because I haven't even washed my hair properly yet, and it's also uncomfortable because dead skin cells are coming up little by little.
- However, the short hair you see fills you with expectations that erase your discomfort.

I don't like cost-effectiveness, so the high cost wasn't that important. If all the conditions I saw as important were met, I thought it was well worth the investment.
In particular, I watched it very carefully when maintaining my baby hair.
There are a lot of hospitals that push all their little hairs during surgery, but personally, it felt like a way to call a lot of parameters. And if the baby hair disappears, only the thick head of the surgery area will remain, so it will be noticeable, and psychologically, it will not be very comfortable.
As I consulted with the information I found online, it was the Mammoth Hairline that had all the points I thought important.
On the day of the surgery, I think I had a fascinating experience because of the laughter gas anesthesia. I had a hair transplant on August 27th. It's already been two weeks because time goes by so fast. I went to the hospital yesterday and checked the progress of the second week. The director looked at it and told me that it is time for the dark age to begin, and I will come back after I fall out, so don't be too anxious. They said you can think of it as a process of losing your hair.
I filled in the M-shape a little and transplanted it around the front and top of the head. A total of 4,000mo was held. When I consulted again, the director recommended that it was the most natural to look at my head and hair style, so I trusted and left it to him.
I was so nervous when I entered the operating room, but I had a stinging feeling when the injection came in, and other than that, I was fine. The anesthesia was done properly, so there was no pain after that. The process of collecting and transplanting followed, about 5 hours? 6 hours?I think I was in the hospital.
I usually cut my hair short and wear a hat often, so I thought about it and proceeded with a non-cut shaved head. The director did everything from collection to transplantation, and I felt that he was meticulous while watching.
After the surgery, he prescribed the medicine and emphasized that you should avoid alcohol and cigarettes for at least two weeks.
It was okay because I didn't smoke, and I drink alcohol sometimes, so it wasn't too hard to endure it.
