Hair transplantation is more important than anything else because the final result is finally confirmed after a year.
It is a space where members are diagnosed with their condition after surgery and counseled on postoperative management, case-by-case occurrence, and additional supplementation methods.
It has the most clinical data in the world, where doctors related to hair transplantation also visit to study cases.
Thank you to all the seniors who left a meaningful record that can't express its value to someone preparing for surgery.
Leaving photo data after surgery is also "patient strength" and is a strong insurance policy against future unexpected surgical outcomes.

a consultation review
On October 23, I looked up the photo review at Daedamo and after a long thought, I selected four candidates and received a consultation after making a reservation in advance.
I went to Moderna, Charm Doctor, Mowon Plastic Surgery, and Modaol Clinic in that order.
Moderna, Charm Doctor, and Mo Won Sung plastic surgery all recommended the non-cut method, but Modaol Clinic was the only one who recommended the incision method. Despite the fact that incision is more difficult than non-excision and the cost is relatively low, Yang Yoo-gun strongly recommended it and decided to get a hair transplant from Modaol.
I'm not a normal male hair loss, but diffuse hair loss, so even if I get a hair transplant this time, there is a possibility that it will need to be treated again in 10 years, and the back of the hair is already thin, so I heard from the director that the back of the hair may look too poor if it goes through a non-cut. (During the consultation, when the manager asked me whether I prefer an incision or a non-excision, I replied, "The result is better," but I was shocked when I was recommended to have an incision.)
the day of surgery
On November 9, she had an incisional hair transplant at Modaol Clinic. After the last consultation with the manager, I went up to the 4th floor and prepared for surgery.
After changing in the recovery room, the nurse connected the fluid. I was in a state of nervousness because I had an incision, but the nurse relaxed me with humor, so I became very comfortable. After that, I moved to the operating room and discussed the design with the director for the last time, and the surgery began immediately.
Since I said I was scared of incisional surgery, the director was considerate and made sleep anesthesia a little longer. Thanks to this, when I woke up, the suturing process was almost over. (It is said that sleep anesthesia usually lasts only 3 to 5 minutes and is only used for local anesthesia injections.)
After taking a break in the recovery room, I went to the bathroom, went back to the operating room and had a hair follicle transplant. During the transplant process, I had to get a local anesthetic injection, but at this time, I had to do sleep anesthesia again, so it proceeded without any inconvenience. The anesthesia was good, so I didn't feel any pain during the transplant process. If you feel pain, you can ask for anesthesia right away.
After the operation, I returned to the recovery room and was told how to manage it and the next appointment schedule, so I ate porridge.
postoperative pain
Immediately after surgery, there was pain in the transplant site, but from the second day, the transplant site does not hurt, but the incision site is pulled. Taking painkillers has eased the pain a lot. From day four, I rarely felt pain in my daily life, but the incision was quite uncomfortable when I was sleeping or in the shower. If it had been operated by nasal incision, the pain would have definitely been less from the next day.
Day 3 after surgery
I visited the hospital to get shampoo. The hospital asked me to take painkillers because my incision could hurt when I was shampooing, but I was sick even though I took them, maybe because I'm sensitive to pain.
During the implantation period (10 days after surgery), fingerprint shampoo was required for the rest of the area except for the transplant site, and the foam that came out was placed on the transplant site.
Day 11 after surgery
The hospital removed the incision thread. After the birth period, I was informed that I had to shampoo by rubbing hard to remove dead skin cells from the transplant area.
The director confirmed that the transplant hair follicles were well-established.
review
From counseling to post-surgery, I have never worried about the outcome. The head of the department, the nurse, and the director all had a lot of experience, so I felt trust in the counseling and surgery process.
The director grasped exactly what I wanted, and answered all questions kindly, so I had high expectations for the result.
I hope the dark ages will end soon, and the final result will be satisfactory a year from now!
