It's been two weeks since I finally had a hair transplant.
Seeing the process of hair growing and sticking with the naked eye during the two-week birth period, I gained a lot of confidence
It was a time where I was looking forward to the future.
After visiting the hospital, Nam Da-woo checked the progress and checked if there were any side effects such as folliculitis that could occur in the early stages
I received a reply that the progress was quite good.
After that, I took the process of removing dead skin cells accumulated on the transplant area for two weeks and taking care of my hair, and booked the next schedule and returned home.
From now on, I will tell you my personal feelings about the two-week management process.
-Shampoo and Dry
The day after the surgery, I visited the hospital and was trained on transplant shampoo and how to manage it, and I went into management by myself from day 2.
Since 3 days after surgery is a critical time for implantation, the implantation site was sprayed every 30 minutes as trained.
Since shampoo should not collide with the transplant area as much as possible for two weeks, it was applied to the transplant area and washed under low water pressure after about five minutes without touching it.
The dry was also dried without touching the transplant area with weak and cold wind.
It took a long time at first, but when I got the hang of it, it wasn't too hard and I saved a lot of time.
-itching and dead skin cells
This was the most unbearable part for me personally.
The hospital prescribed antihistamines for a week after surgery, so it wasn't too hard, but I took all the prescribed drugs and didn't take them for about two days. During these two days, I had a lot of dead skin cells in the transplant area and it was very itchy.
If you have a lot of itchiness in this area, it would be good to purchase an additional antihistamidotje at the pharmacy.
-Drinking and smoking
I rarely drink, but I usually smoke a day and a half before surgery.
Naturally, the hospital recommended avoiding drinking and smoking for two weeks.
Actually, I thought this part would be the hardest, but it wasn't as hard as I thought. I sometimes thought I wanted to smoke, but I resolved it with another part to suppress this part. Above all, seeing that the transplant site grows day by day, I think it was motivating and tolerable.
There are now four wills left until the next visit. From now on, there will be a period of time when you go into the dark age and your hair will fall out and grow again, but I think you need to manage your mental well without getting stressed by your hair that will fall out in the future.

I was so nervous when I entered the operating room, but I had a stinging feeling when the injection came in, and other than that, I was fine.
