So, if you don't have any acquaintances who have experienced hair transplantation, I thought it would be a good way to select a hospital by making a list of hospitals with information from Daemo and consulting after visiting. I decided on a hospital to go to counseling, focusing on the doctor's experience and the patient's surgery results, and as a result of counseling, I decided to undergo surgery at Jarada.
First of all, the reason why I decided to get surgery on "Grow Up" is
1. During a 40-minute consultation period, the patient went through the process of determining the design and the number of transplanted hair follicles, using many pre- and post-operative pictures as examples. In addition, it explains in detail from diagnosis of scalp conditions to management methods.
2. With the director's many hair transplant experiences, he showed confidence in any design.
3. I liked that the system for future observation was well-organized even after surgery. The system is configured to view the shampoo one day after surgery, follow-up after two weeks, and visit after four months, eight months, and 12 months.

The surgery-related process is
1. First, once you set a date for the surgery, scalp scaling and blood tests are performed a week before the surgery. You are prescribed medication to take before and after surgery.
2. On the day of the operation, the head of the department is trained first on the precautions after the operation. After that, by setting a line with the director, the patient will double-check and match the style he wants and the direction in which he or she will operate.
3. For surgery, go downstairs to the patient's waiting room and choose the lunch menu for postoperative intake after changing to patient's clothes.
4. Preoperative preparation (shaving of hair follicle collection area, adjusting chair to collect hair follicles from the occipital region, line IV)
5. Anesthesia is performed to secure hair follicles in the occipital region. You can choose between local anesthesia and sleep anesthesia. In my case, I am not sensitive to pain, and for sleep anesthesia, I have to fast and there is a possibility of side effects, so I chose local anesthesia. If you say you are very sensitive to pain, I think sleep anesthesia is also worth considering. After anesthesia in the occipital region about 10 times, anesthesia was performed by reinforcing areas where anesthesia was released or anesthesia was not possible.
6. I think we collected and transplanted about half the hair follicles that were scheduled to be operated on, and then re-collected and transplanted the other half. If the hair follicles collected are old, it can have a bad effect on transplantation, so it seems that they are divided into half and half and go through the collection and transplantation process.
7. When the surgery is nearing the end, the mirror is shown with a little transplant hair left, and the patient asks to tell me if there is something awkward or lacking in the eyes of the patient, and finishes by reinforcing that part.
8. At the end of the operation, gauze is put on to protect the treatment area. After that, I ate in the patient's waiting room, set a shampoo reservation time the next day, and went home wearing a beanie hat.
The operation took about four hours in total.
