However, rather than such an exaggerated attitude, the director gave me a quiet and calm, but confident explanation, so I was more trusting.

I was even more satisfied with the process of listening to all my opinions and coordinating them together.
I was nervous on the day of the surgery, but the atmosphere was very comfortable, so I quickly relaxed. Both the director and the staff seemed to be a skilled team, and it felt like the roles were perfectly divided between each other. It wasn't boring because you played the song and kept checking whether your condition was good in the middle of the procedure.
What was especially good was that there was little pain during local anesthesia. Thanks to the 5 minutes of sleep anesthesia before anesthesia, I barely felt any pain when I got the shot, and I was able to get the surgery really comfortably after that. Every time I woke up after anesthesia, I was in a daze and asked to keep anesthesia on the same day. The surgery started at 10 a.m. and ended a little after 4 p.m., but it felt like an hour? I was so nervous when I entered the operating room, but I had a stinging feeling when the injection came in, and other than that, I was fine.
