I couldn't sleep well for about two weeks after the first surgery because of the pain, and I was very uncomfortable because I had to be careful of the transplanted area even when I was awake. However, after two weeks, the pain almost disappeared, so there was no major difficulty in daily life.
There was a dropout at the collection site, but the hospital explained enough in advance and prescribed medicine, so it didn't fall out further. Now the hair that fell out has also grown back. Fortunately, the "dark period" was not as severe as I thought and passed easily.
Now, six months later, I'm pretty happy with the outcome of the surgery, and I feel like I did a good job. At the recent progressive treatment, the director said that only 60-70% is still up, so I think I will have to wait another year to see the final result.
