Hair transplantation is more important than anything else because the final result is finally confirmed after a year.
It is a space where members are diagnosed with their condition after surgery and counseled on postoperative management, case-by-case occurrence, and additional supplementation methods.
It has the most clinical data in the world, where doctors related to hair transplantation also visit to study cases.
Thank you to all the seniors who left a meaningful record that can't express its value to someone preparing for surgery.
Leaving photo data after surgery is also "patient strength" and is a strong insurance policy against future unexpected surgical outcomes.

I am 31 years old now, and my forehead was wide originally. My father and mother all have a lot of hair, but men on my mother's side are emza hair
Since about 10 years ago, I've seen my hair fall out, but I've steadily lost about 200 a day. I was worried, so I visited Professor Yoon Tae-young of Chungbuk National University, took medicine for about two years, and then at some point, I stopped taking the medicine and after about a year, I saw my hair falling out again. So I took a prescription for about a year of Professionalsia, but now it's too expensive, so I moved to Proscar. It should be considered that the status quo has been maintained with medicine. Daemo has been in and out for almost six years, and this time I had the opportunity to decide on surgery. Hah!
2. Choosing a Transplant Hospital
Actually, I'm not sure what to say about this part. It's because each person's standards are different.
To tell you my own standards, I've seen a lot of reviews, and I've seen a lot of them, whether the doctor conducts them himself, how the a/s are, and how many patients I've seen so far
There must be something like that. First of all, incision vs. non-excision. I've never thought about incision. of course an incision.
The next first thing I had to decide was domestic vs Turkey (it took over a month here..;;)
To briefly tell you the pros and cons of Korea and Turkey
- a domestic hospital
Advantage: Close to home. You can relax at home comfortably after surgery. It is also easy to get a/s. It provides prp or several aftercare.
The downside: It's a bit expensive...
- Turkish Hospital
Advantage: Compared to Korea, the price is cheaper. You can transplant a lot at once.
Disadvantages: It is difficult to get a/s or aftercare. The reluctance to operate outside of the country. It takes a lot of time to go back and forth.
There must be a back. I don't think I can know surgical technology unless I receive it myself, and there are so many variables from patient to patient that even if the technology is good, there may be cases where transplantation is not good. It's my current vacation and I don't think I'll have time to get it later, so I decided on the Turkish side with the intention of getting a lot at once. Then we're over one mountain now...Next thing to decide is Istanbul vs Ankara. Phew... it took almost a month here too..;; If I look up what I felt while looking for it
- Istanbul (Eastworld, Sebmac, tepe, Nisa, etc): Sebmac had a lot of reviews and a lot of big hits, so it was very attractive. The agency who answered the phone was also very kind and responded well. But it took me a little while because the doctor didn't even do it himself and the nurses were doing both the extraction and transplantation...
- Ankara (Dr. Saldar): There don't seem to be many reviews in the mass chat rather than in Sebmek, but I was attracted to the fact that there are many reviews and many people go after the surgery, and I liked the fact that it was handmade and that the doctor conducted it himself. But it's a little more expensive than Istanbul. The fact that there are no direct flights to Ankara. If the back is a disadvantage, it can be said to be a disadvantage. Hah!
(Actually, Istanbul vs Ankara might even dare call it machine vs handmade. I didn't find any particular difference between the two based on the reviews alone. I think it was because the prevailing idea was that if the technology was good, it would be similar by hand and by machine.)
In the end, considering the reviews, the number of patients, the doctor's career, the price, etc., it will be a little difficult to move, but I decided to go to Ankara.
3. the color of Ankara
(I went to Ankara after traveling for about a week. If you want to ask me about the trip, I will let you know privately.) When I arrived in Ankara, King Yetal came to pick me up and talked about this and that and went to my accommodation. Until 2012, the guest house wanted to eat with King Yetal and the surgery people, but from 2013, the hotel contracted directly changed to a system where they gave private rooms for 3 nights and 4 days and took care of them after surgery. I went to see Saldar at 8 a.m. on the 17th after saying hello to my friend who was resting after surgery at the accommodation, talking to him, and spending some time. I didn't talk to Saldar much, I didn't shave my hair, I took a look at it, I cut my hair, I saw the details, and then I went into surgery. First of all, I'm only getting mzar hair loss and the top of my head (because you took medicine?) is only implanted in the front. Sitting on a chair with an intravenous tranquilizer, resting on a doughnut-shaped cushion on the operating table, taking a break and continuing to turn my head, making a hole in the head to be extracted by hand (it was really weird at this time, the sound was so gentle).ㅠㅠ). I don't know the exact time, but after about 2 hours, I moved to a room and 2 nurses started pulling out hair follicles in the same position (feels like pulling out chicken hair). After that, I changed my posture and leaned straight into the surgical chair, got another tranquilizer and slit (at which time I stretched out and slept)..ㅠㅠ) The two nurses planted their heads in the slit area earlier. So I planted it for an hour or two, took a picture with bandages, and moved to the hotel. Then, I lied down in the hotel for 2 days, talked with my younger brothers who had surgery, watched movies, and so on when I was eating or bored. On the second day of the operation, I took off bandages, washed my hair, came to Istanbul, and came to the airport after 2 days.
I'm using my laptop at Starbucks because I have nothing to do while waiting for the flight time;;)
The operation was very satisfactory. Maybe because it's done by hand, I think the wounds are clean and I think it's okay to plant them.
If you keep growing up like this, there will be no regrets. And while I was in Ankara, Yettal hyung was nice to me, so I came here comfortably from Ankara
4. Other lights
- In fact, I haven't had surgery at another hospital, and I haven't done it with a machine, so I can't say clearly which one is good, but my subjective opinion is that I've come this far because I'm a little attracted to my hand. Everything I've written so far feels subjective, so please don't misunderstand..Hah!
- I haven't been able to prepare properly, and wherever I operate, I need a neck pillow, a towel, a mesh cap (a hat with a hole) and a slightly loose hoodie. It's a must!!
And I think it's a good idea to take things to play (laptops, iPads, etc.) and food (for those who can't eat Turkish food) wherever you go
Thank you for reading this rambling comment I wrote this because I wanted to share the information I received here
