First, I received counseling in May and set a date for the surgery. I didn't have much time, so I didn't consider overseas transplants, and I was thinking between Seoul and Busan, but I came to Busan, which has a good reputation. I also visited several hospitals in Busan and received counseling, and among them, Han Sang-bo, the head of the hospital, understood the patient's mind the most and seemed to be the most reasonable, so I decided on the surgery date the next day.
Let me explain my hair first. I think it's a typical genetic M-shaped hair loss. It is a type that does not cause hair loss in other areas such as the top of the head and only goes up in an M shape. As you can see in the picture, the middle of the M-shaped hair is hardly missing. In the picture, the M-shaped tip is shaved for preventive transplantation. It would have been nice to take a picture with the overall face line, but please understand that I didn't think about it, and please check it with a side photo.
After I was discharged from the military, I started playing Proscar when I was about 24. Of course, I skipped several months in between, but I'm still taking it after nearly three years. In fact, Proscar does not seem to have an overwhelming effect on M-shaped hair loss. However, it seems clear that it has the effect of thickening hair or delaying the progress of hair loss. Even now, I don't think about hair transplantation yet, but if you think hair loss is occurring, please continue to take Proscar.
The surgery started at 11 o'clock because it was the first car to go down to Busan from the province, and the surgery was over just after 5 o'clock. There was a break in between, and they also provided lunch.
The occipital incision was not very difficult. No, actually, nothing is difficult^^:; The doctor was such a good host.. However, I think the anesthetic injection hurt a little. He said the drug hurts more than the injection itself. After occipital suture, pain came after surgery and until then it was fine.
The long-awaited M-Zaysik.. As I told you earlier, the anesthetic injection hurts. I think it hurt more than the occipital region. But once the anesthesia is done, it's very quick. You just have to do what the doctor does. I slept until the middle of the night... -_-v The final parameter was planted around 2500 cap. He said that he had an incision in anticipation of 2,000 parameters, but he planted it more because the density of the back of the head was better than he thought.
After the operation, I am discharged from the hospital after receiving a brief description of the administration (e.g., washing my hair thinly after three days, or how to take painkillers). You'll usually be done around this time, but the most important thing here!! As soon as you go out, it is recommended to make the prescription medicine and take it after briefly solving your meals nearby. I couldn't see a pharmacy nearby, and moreover, I was stuck in the car time, so I moved quickly. And it was really painful for about three hours after I got on the bus. I was in pain even after I got home and took medicine, and I think I got better after sleeping for about two hours. Make sure to take painkillers. If you think it's funny, it's really hard ㅠ_ㅠ
