However, it's not the number of transplants that determine the outcome of the surgery..It was "thickness of hair".
This is why the effects are different even for two people who operated at the same hospital.
Planting thick hair, of course, 100 strands of thick hair or 100 strands of thin hair, will work well (expression).
If you look more closely, the difference is much larger than expected.
Asian hair thickness (diameter) varies from 0.05 mm to 0.15 mm.
Let's compare the two of you with a double difference in hair diameters of 0.06mm and 0.12mm, respectively.
As for the hair transplant effect (expression power), the cross-sectional area of the transplant hair is important, so we will calculate and compare the cross-sectional area of the hair.
-Fine hair: if the thickness is 0.06 mm, the radius is 0.03 mm, and the cross-sectional area is 3.14 x 0.03 x 0.03 = 0.0028 mm² because it is the square of the radius
-Thick hair: cross-sectional area 3.14 x 0.06 x 0.06 = 0.011 mm²
In other words, the actual thickness difference of the hair compared in cross-section is 0.011 and 0.0028, or 3.9 times.
Even if there is a three-fold difference in small size, it means that the effect of planting 3,000 thin hair is the same as the effect of planting 1,000 thick hair.
When you do surgical consultations, you pay a lot of attention to how many plants you plant.
Many parameters would be good for the same hair condition, but I would like to tell you that the characteristics of your occipital hair (thickness, curlyness, color) are more important and it is important to understand them clearly during preoperative counseling.

So I'm leaving a review after the second week's progress report.
I had a hair transplant on August 27th. It's already been two weeks because time goes by so fast. I went to the hospital yesterday and checked the progress of the second week. The director looked at it and told me that it is time for the dark age to begin, and I will come back after I fall out, so don't be too anxious. They said you can think of it as a process of losing your hair.
I filled in the M-shape a little and transplanted it around the front and top of the head. A total of 4,000mo was held. When I consulted again, the director recommended that it was the most natural to look at my head and hair style, so I trusted and left it to him.
I was so nervous when I entered the operating room, but I had a stinging feeling when the injection came in, and other than that, I was fine. The anesthesia was done properly, so there was no pain after that. The process of collecting and transplanting followed, about 5 hours? 6 hours?I think I was in the hospital.
I usually cut my hair short and wear a hat often, so I thought about it and proceeded with a non-cut shaved head. The director did everything from collection to transplantation, and I felt that he was meticulous while watching.
After the surgery, he prescribed the medicine and emphasized that you should avoid alcohol and cigarettes for at least two weeks.
It was okay because I didn't smoke, and I drink alcohol sometimes, so it wasn't too hard to endure it.
