Can I buy a tattoo machine and do it myself?
I don't understand that scalp tattoos cost millions of won
I don't think there are many cases in Korea that have amazing effects like overseas
I think technicians' skills are the key

The semi-permanent tattoo machine is inexpensive, and if you match the color well, it would be better than paying hundreds of won for each procedure I don't need any special skills. I'm making a mole lol
