I recently visited a company in Suwon after receiving information from a note after seeing the review of the scalp tattoo. (I also leave a review.) The company I consulted with told me about the period of retouching a little short. Instead, he told me that he will continue to do retouching at a discounted price.
I'm writing to get some information because I think I should do it in Daejeon or Sejong, considering that I'm going to manage scalp tattoos periodically.
