Two hair transplants (M-shape, top of the head)

Even after the hair transplant, the top of the head doesn't feel satisfactory
I think it's been a few months since I didn't even take hair loss pills while preparing for pregnancy
Is that so? It feels more horizontal
Rather than having a hair transplant again, I'm thinking of having a scalp tattoo only on the top of my head, how much will it cost under the same conditions above?

I'm also curious about how to take care of my scalp after tattooing.
