It's been 11 months since I've recognized head-wave hair loss. It's been about a month since I started managing it. At first, I didn't know it was two waves and I didn't care about losing my hair. However, at the time, I was suffering from functional gastrointestinal disorders caused by a serious indigestion. I almost drank a glass of water, but I couldn't digest it. I heard that such a condition is said to be calm in oriental medicine. So, I took herbal medicine for gall treatment and took gastrointestinal care. In the meantime, I've been losing my hair. But the funny thing was that there was no change in the m shape or top of the head at all, just the overall volume of the head dying or splitting. So I just said let's wait and see even if we go to the dermatologist. First of all, the period when I couldn't even drink water lasted about five months, but in the sixth month, I recovered and was on the verge of being able to eat food like a human being. First of all, I think I can digest it to some extent, so I feel very comfortable mentally. I wanted to exercise, but it was a time when I had surgery for pneumothorax and recurrence was quite frequent, so I couldn't do it because I was scared and I just sat down for a long time. There was also very little activity. Since I've been sitting like that, I guess I've been mentally burdened because I've been taking exams. At some point, along with the stress, the stomach also remained stagnant. So, in December of last year, the amount of natural hair decreased a lot compared to when it was first recognized. It was a big shock for me, who originally had so much hair that it took less than three weeks to get my hair shaved. So after thinking about what the cause was, I concluded that the functional gastrointestinal disorder caused the collapse of body balance, and since mid-January, I have been aiming to gain weight by focusing on aerobic and lower body muscles at the gym. Once I worked out, I felt like my body was getting refreshed.
The reason I'm writing this is because I wanted to say that young people in their 20s must find their cause and find a way to respond to it. I haven't experienced any significant changes since it's been a month since I've been managing it, but I'm planning to do it steadily.
