<August 3rd, the day I was diagnosed with hair loss and prescribed medicine>

At the end of July, when I heard from my friend that the top of my head looked too empty, I took a picture and found out that it was too much, and I had hair loss. Even though my hair is so thin, I've never felt hair loss, but suddenly it looked so empty that I felt stress, worry, and anxiety. I went to the dermatologist in a hurry and was diagnosed and prescribed pinasteride. And I also bought minoxidil and started applying it.
I took medicine steadily, and even though I applied it, my hair fell more, thinner, and cut off, so I became more anxious. Still, I started to buy and use things that could help me, such as scalp nutritional supplements, hair loss shampoo, essence, biotin, etc., after watching the advertisement. I tried for two or three months and it didn't work, so I just gave up and said, "Let's save up and do Hair Transplant!" and I didn't get stressed.
I covered the top of my head with hair as much as possible, and I started spraying black hair, so I didn't have to worry about hair loss because it didn't show. I'm always serious about self-care, so I've been eating nutritional supplements, sleeping well, exercising, and comparing the pictures I took at the beginning of each month! I'm starting to see a huge difference, and I barely feel like the top of my head is empty unless it's a very bright light...
Hair loss is still severe, but I believe it will be better if you take good care of your health and take good care of yourself.
It's amazing that I feel that I'm improving because I take care of my stress well, do all the things that are good for my scalp, and take medicine well.
I sincerely hope you continue to work hard and get good results!
I'll fill it up for 6 months and take another picture and leave a review.
