[Custom Wig Questions] Please recommend a wig company.

I hope it's the Seoul Gyeonggi area and I'm a wigler for 10 years.
First company / 7 years (Most of them are satisfied, the person in charge often changed when cutting a new product -> The satisfaction level differed greatly depending on the designer's ability, but it could be considered to some extent when permed and trimmed, defects in newly customized wigs occurred -> moved to a company after dissatisfaction)

2nd company / 1 year (I'm very satisfied with the haircut, the owner was very good, the wig quality was not good, or maybe I didn't take care of it, but the tangle was so bad that it took 1 hour just to get it done and dried, which is stressful)

3rd company / 1 year (different branch of 1st company)
I told you about the case that occurred at the first branch, and I was very satisfied with the designer's care when cutting the product
It's not bad, but there was a regret when managing because the people who managed it were mainly new employees.

In this situation, I thought familiarity was good at first, but after experiencing several companies, I thought I should find a better place to work, so I'm posting to get help.
