This is the aptitude test period, so I need to renew my driver's license.
Type 2 -> Type 1 (no accidents)
But when I renewed my driver's license, I saw a picture of baldness on my driver's license
Can I change it to another picture I took with the wig on?
This is Incheon, and I would like to know if the Incheon License Test Center does that.
I can't go around bald anyway. You have to wear a hat or a wig... crying
I'm embarrassed, but I'd like to know if it's possible to tell the staff.
