From clip-type to fixed-type..

I've been using clip type for about 2 years now and I think I've just managed to use it well..
The problem is that I'm trying to change it to a fixed type now, but honestly, I'm very worried.

I don't really have a problem with shaving my hair, but in the case of adhesive, it bothers me that I sweat a lot and it's itchy and uncomfortable.. And I wonder if it was washed well when I got care..ㅋ 접착 고정식 쓰시는 분들은 어떻게 하고 계시는지 궁금하네요..

And I'm also curious about other ways besides the glue type.. I'm curious about how you tie your hair, and if any of you go on a business trip for 2-3 weeks for reasons such as work, there was no problem, they gave you a good style, and they used a hygienic method, please introduce them to me.
