I go to the boxing gym. I wear headgear and spar once a week. And even if I don't spar, I work out to the point where I sweat...And Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and I go to swim after work, and I have to wear a hat when I swim.. I want to keep exercising, but I know my hair from the front to the top of my head, and I can't just walk around anymore..What should I do?? Please advise me if I should take it off only when I exercise after using the whole wig or if I can just use it as a partial wig attachment type..
