I'm in my early thirties.
M-shaped hair loss on the top of the head and bangs is progressing, and it is still roughly covered. But the future is the problem.
Let me introduce my struggle to prevent hair loss. Please give me some advice from those who have done these methods.

I shampoo with Grovis in the morning. I try to follow the manual, such as rubbing my head for a long time.
Black beans are not a lot, but I'm eating them little by little by little after stir-frying them. It's because I don't think it's going to be bad.
In the evening, I put on Dr. Mo before I go to bed. I told them to use it twice a day, but it felt uncomfortable when I applied it in the morning and combed my hair. So I only use it in the evening.
And twice a week, I peck at the Cha & Park dermatology clinic in Sinchon.

So far, I can't really use wigs, and the Hair Transplant isn't going to work... That's why I'm doing everything possible.
It's all just started so I don't know if it's going to work...
Those of you who have done my methods, any advice would be appreciated...

Even if I lose my hair, I'll live a confident life...
