[Partial Wigs] [Basic knowledge of wigs] About the base of partial wigs

Hello?
Today, for those who are new to wigs, I'll briefly tell you about the material of the wig base.

There are actually two basic base materials. It's a polymer and a mesh fabric.
The choice of tupe base material is one of the most important design elements of the machim wig.
Select the material by considering the following 4-5 factors.

- Hairline (Emaline)
- Overall Hair Style and Parting (Natural)
- goutiness
- Period of use
- Detachable method (Clip, adhesive, binding method)

Let's start with polymers.
Polymers are materials like imitation skin. It is generally close to the actual skin color and is soft and natural.
I heard from the legendary Tupe factory seniors, and it is said that condom materials were used to make it thin. Believe it or not. It doesn't tear, it feels like a bare skin.. Wow, isn't it the best two-pee? I'm sure it's a problem with ventilation.

Foreimer makes polyurethane by mixing two materials, and it is durable.
It is made by applying two or three times to the two-pe base to strengthen areas that are widely used (tape, clip, ring, etc.) such as the perimeter of the base (cap). Usually, there are products made of silicone or polyurethane for the entire wig, but there is no ventilation.
Some customers say it's very hot and uncomfortable. Although it does make a hole in the air. The entire polymer base is not particularly recommended in the summer.

And there are many very thin polymer products that are discarded once they are used. Sometimes, there are customers who match 12 a year. Once I use it, it increases, so I come to the store every month and use it again.. We make the price affordable.

Other polymers are silicone and very durable. It's strong. We recommend a silicone base for customers who sweat and oil a lot. However, it is difficult to achieve such a natural skin tone. In other words, silicone base cannot be dyed.

Polyurethane is less durable than silicone, but can be changed in color to match the natural skin tone, and can be attached using tape or glue. Polyurethane is vulnerable to sweat, oil on the scalp and turns yellow over time.

Next, let's look at Mesh Fablic.
Basically, there are two things. Nylon - Monofilament or Polyester - Lace.

Nylon - Monofilament is usually the form of a woven mesh of nylon yarn. It's usually in the form of a square-shaped net.
Polyester-Lace is the form of a network woven with many strands of forester yarn. It's usually in the form of a hexagonal network.

Wigs made of mesh only are much weaker in durability than polymer materials. In other words, it is vulnerable to sweat and oil from the scalp, and if you manage it incorrectly, it can be easily steamed. In general, mangal hair has a faster replacement time than polymer wigs. However, it is also true that Manga Bal is visited by many customers for its excellent ventilation, lightness, and naturalness of the forehead line.

To compensate for these shortcomings, nets (laces) with foreimer materials are made in exposed areas such as forehead lines.
However, if the exposed part is used as a net, the durability of the forehead line of Tupe is reduced.

That's it for today.. Next, let's talk about base combination...
