Today's topic is the truth about big company brands...
Let me explain first.

Those of you who have read my writing will have a rough idea of how wigs are made.
Wigs have separate factories.
a factory that produces and sells subsidiary materials (net, silk, skin, etc.)
an original dealer who cuts off a person's hair for sale
A hair factory that is sold to a wig factory by arranging the hair bought from a wigs' shop (usually, a lot of people work together with a wigs' shop)
a factory that buys a net and makes it into a net used for wigs
a factory that caps the back of a manufactured net
a handmade factory that plants handmade products on a manufactured net
After that, the tangled hair is cleaned, post-treated, packaged, and transferred to wholesale.

You have to go through this process to complete the wig.

It's a big company, it's a small business, and it's no different.
However, if there is a difference between a large company and a small company
Large corporations do this whole process themselves.
I usually buy human hair from many places because large companies cannot supply all of them
The difference between large companies and small and medium-sized companies is the difference between dividing or doing the whole thing.

In the case of hㅇㅁ, there is a huge factory in Myanmar.

Do you know how much Chinese labor costs are?

Although China's labor costs have increased a lot, the average labor cost in small and medium-sized cities is 500,000 won in Korean won a month.

But Myanmar labor costs are 1/5th of China's.
The monthly labor cost is 100,000 won.(The city called Yangon has high labor costs.)
In Korea, the cost of a pension is 100,000 won per night
In Myanmar, the monthly salary is 100,000 won. Prices are also low, but labor costs are really low.
Because labor costs are so low, many wig factories go to Myanmar and Vietnam
I think the biggest factory among them is probably hㅇㅁ in Korea.(I haven't been able to go in, but I've seen the surroundings once. It was huge.)

But if you make wigs at such a low labor cost, can't you definitely sell them at a low price? as
We might think.But in the case of large corporations, from huge investment costs to many branches
You can never sell wigs cheaply if you calculate your employees' salaries, advertising costs, taxes, and so on.
(Of course, you can do it if you sell it cheaply, but it's only going to make a small profit.)

There are many complex reasons anyway, but there is one reason why wigs at large companies are expensive.

Brand.

Just as it gets expensive when Louis Vuitton and Chanel brands are attached to regular bags.
The same can be said of wigs.

How much advertising cost would have been spent to make it possible for us to trust the brand and buy things.
Therefore, the habit of Korean people who believe that the price is inevitably high and that it is good only when the price is high (sorry, the expression)
I think that's why wigs are more expensive.

Korean and Chinese people seem to be similar. I believe it's good if it's expensive.
Rather than looking at the quality, it seems that they believe that the more expensive the brand, the more unusual and good it is.
This resulted in an upward leveling of the price of wigs (though the cost has not changed significantly)
DAEDAMO members are forced to buy wigs at a high price.
Even if you don't want to buy it at a high price, you can't help but buy it because the wigs are all expensive.
