I'm using a Custom Wigs right now. The wig is too stiff.
Is it always like that?? If I wear and take off my hat, my hair is all over the place, so if I don't get it done right away, it's obvious?? When I asked the person who takes care of it, he said it's because the coating is peeled off, but it's very soft when you go to get treatment and get it done as soon as you get the coating done. But it gets a little stiff even after a day, and after a week, it becomes very dry. I was wondering if I'm not taking care of it well or if it's just like this.

I wash the wig with shampoo before I start the shower, put it in warm water, and then wash it after the shower.

And can't you really tell if it's HMO or Milan?? Is it less frizzy or something like that? I wonder if it's as soft as real hair. How much would it be?
