[Wig Tips] I'm worried about washing my wig

It's been a week since I wore the partial wig.

When I went to the gym and worked out, my wigs got lumped because of sweat.

I thought it was natural because the front part of my hair gets wet and clumps when I sweat.

But when I saw the wig a few hours later, it was a bit greasy, so it couldn't be styled and it looked like a permanent...

I got a perm, and I think it's because I spray it a little bit to fix it.

If I wash my wig with shampoo every day, it will be styled, so I don't worry, but if I do it every day, it's not durable

I can't even do that because I've seen a post saying I can't wear a wig for a long time.

I'm living in winter now, but my hair doesn't get sticky with sweat, but in summer... I don't think there's an answer.

How often do wig seniors wash their hair and with what products (linx)? I wonder if you do any treatment.

Also, I would appreciate it if you could tell me how to work out every day like me or how to deal with summer.

Oh! And I can't take off my wig when I sleep, so I wear it and sleep, but I'm worried that the wig will come off because it's pressed

I become defensive just in case I touch my hair when I touch it.

If you have any tips, please let me know!
