ICT사는 2006년 6월경에 phase2를 시작을 발표했으나

지금까지 계속 미뤄지고있고, 아직도 시작 안하고있습니다

I think this has been discussed before, but with the mood on the forum turning to the negative side while we wait for ICX's phase II to start, I thought it might be a good time to send out this little reminder.

There is a good chance that the delay is being caused by the English government and not by ICX. Remember that ICX is working with the government to try to keep ICX-TRC from being regulated as a drug. How the government comes out on that issue no doubt will affect how ICX proceeds with the next phase of clinical testing. Until the government tells ICX how ICX-TRC will be regulated, ICX doesn't want to go forward with the next trial.

Obviously, I don't have any personal knowledge of the situation. But I have a feeling the government is at least partially responsible for the delay. Hopefully they'll decide not to regulate it as a drug and the 2 or 3-month delay we've all suffered through will be worth it.

영국 정부에게서 약으로써의 승인을 받아야 하는데 이것이 늦어지고 있다는게 가장 많이 생각할 만한 이유죠.
