[고민상담] 방금 논문 번역하다 나온 내용인데... 피나스테리드가 확실히 생리적 기능에 영향을 줄 수가 있나 보네요.. 브레인 포그 등등해서요..

In the brain, the products of 5a-Rs are transformed
by another group of specific enzymes
known as 3a-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenases
(3a-HSD), which reduce 5a-DHT to 3a,
5a-androstane 17b-diol (3a-diol) and 5a-DHP
to 3a, 5a-tetrahydroprogesterone (allopregnanolone).
Similarly, 5a-DHDOC is further
reduced to 3a, 5a-tetrahydrodeoxycorticosterone
(THDOC). These derivatives are thought to function
as neurosteroids in the central nervous system
(Figure 3), with important physiological functions
including modulation of gamma-aminobutyric
acid type A (GABAA) receptor, sigma receptor
function, nicotinic acetylcholine receptor, voltagegated
calcium channels, and synaptic and brain
plasticity. These physiological functions may
impact mood, rhythm, stress, sleep, memory,
anxiety, and sexual function [11]. 3a-HSD utilizes
NADPH as a cofactor, and this reaction is reversible
[10–12]. In transformation of these 3a, 5a
reduced steroids; the 5a-R reaction is the ratelimiting
step [12,13].

피나스테리드 관련 약물의 부작용에 대해서 외국 자료 뒤지면서 논문 번역하고 있었습니다. 그런데

이런 내용이 들어 있네요.. 번역 해 보면...

뇌에서, 5a-Rs의 대사물들은 3a-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenases(3a-HSD)라 불리우는 특별한 효소의 또 다른 그룹에 의해 변형된다. 3a-HSD는 5a-DHT를 3a,5a-androstane 17B-diol과 5a-DHP를 3a, 5a-tetrahydroprogesterone으로 환원 시킨다. 유사하게, 5a-DHDOC는 더 환원되어 3a,5a-tetrahydrodeoxycorticosterone(THDOC)로 된다. 이 유도체들은 gamma-aminobutyric acid type A(GABAa) 수용체의 조정, sigma receptor 기능, nicotinic acetylcholine receptor, voltage gated 칼슘 채널, 시냅틱, 뇌의 가소성 등의 중요한 생리적 기능과 함께 중추신경계에서 neurosteroids로써 작용한다고 보여진다. 이런 생리적 기능들은 기분, 리듬, 스트레스, 잠, 기억력, 불안, 성기능에 영향을 미친다.

말 그대로 정상적으로 생성된 물질은 뇌와, 생리적 기능에 꼭 필요합니다. 그런데 피나스테리드로 인해
이 정상적으로 생성되야할 물질들이 안 만들어지게 되고, 결국 위에 열거한 기분, 리듬, 스트레스, 잠 기억력,
불안, 성기능에 영향을 미치게 되나 봅니다...

이런 내용도 있네요.. Finasteride is thought to cross the blood–brain barrier and inhibits 5a-Rs in
the central nervous system 피나스테리드는 뇌의 뇌혈관 장벽을 통과하여 중추신경계에 있는 5a-Rs에 작용
하는 것으로 보인다.

근대 위의 논문에서 be thought이라고 쓰였 듯이.. 확실하게
밝혀진 바는 없군요.. 그렇게 보여진다 보여진다.. 이런식으로만 표현을 해놓았기 때문에요.. ㅜㅜ
뭐라도 하나 확실하게 밝혀졌음 좋겠습니다... ㅜㅜ 부작용 없으신 분들도 많고.. 있으신 분들도 많고...
딱 뭐라고 선을 정해 놓고 긋기가 어렵네요... 부작용 없으신 분들은 정말 축복 받으신 분들입니다.. ㅎㅎ
