Does it work?

I have been doing natural therapy since November of last year.
I still don't know the effect.

Does it work?

At first, I ate yakkong, sesame seeds, and kelp together, and later, I eat yakkong and kelp occasionally.
I'm eating sewage from time to time.
I've been drinking green tea for more than 6 months, but I don't drink it these days.
I'll have to drink it again.

But there was a critical mistake.

I did vinegar salt therapy, and maybe because the concentration was strong, my hair fell out relatively at that time.
I should have lowered the concentration...

Anyway, I'm not sure if it works or not.
Sometimes it seems to work and sometimes it gets worse.

Earlier this year, I was going to buy Proscar to eat it, but I decided to try some more natural remedies.
I'm thinking of doing it for another year because baldness doesn't progress rapidly.

By then, we'll know if it works or not.

If it doesn't work, I'm thinking of taking finasteride like Proscar.
I'm the bald type of head and head.

Anyway, if anyone does long-term natural therapy, please tell me about its effectiveness.
