Hair transplantation is more important than anything else because the final result is finally confirmed after a year.

It is a space where members are diagnosed with their condition after surgery and counseled on postoperative management, case-by-case occurrence, and additional supplementation methods.

It has the most clinical data in the world, where doctors related to hair transplantation also visit to study cases.

Thank you to all the seniors who left a meaningful record that can't express its value to someone preparing for surgery.

Leaving photo data after surgery is also "patient strength" and is a strong insurance policy against future unexpected surgical outcomes.

- How the surgery came about
My complex was that I had a wide forehead. Every time it was windy, I would grab my forehead or bow my head. Also, when I went to the water park, I was worried about showing my forehead. In the end, it was difficult to change my hairstyle, such as putting my bangs down, because I was in a hurry to cover my forehead every time.
Even if I put my bangs down, my forehead is wide, so I was worried about things such as cracks.
If I'm going to be stressed out like this, I've decided to get surgery with the hope that it's a gift for me. (Decided in June) I was able to take a two-week break in early August, and due to COVID-19, there is a limit to traveling abroad or outside anyway, so I made an appointment for surgery on Monday, August 3rd.
In my case, I made it non-cut. Personally, in the case of incision, I was a little concerned with the occipital wound and scar, so I chose the non-excision.
- hospital selection process
I think it's a factory type? Avoid hospitals. So, I read all the reviews except for such hospitals, and I summarized two places, and I went to consult. ㅍIt was hh and nhi new hair. (I was thinking of getting more counseling, but as for me living in Incheon, it was my job to go to Gangnam and get counseling, so I ended up getting counseling at only two places.)After the consultation, I chose nhi new hair.
the preparation of an operation
First of all, I made a reservation and set a date for the surgery. After Monday's surgery, there's management Tuesday through Thursday So I booked the accommodation in advance from Monday to Thursday. (It was hard to go back and forth from Incheon to Gangnam, so I just booked the accommodation nearby.)
I didn't take vitamins or other nutritional supplements two weeks before the surgery (I followed the surgical manual). However, I took hair loss pills steadily.(It's been about 5 years since I took hair loss medicine.)
- the day of surgery
I left home at 6:30 to go to Gangnam by 8:30 a.m. After arriving at the hospital at 8:30, I took my temperature. After that, I changed to hospital clothes and measured my blood pressure. Maybe because I was nervous, my blood pressure came out a little high. Oh, I think it would be better to eat breakfast before the surgery. If you don't eat breakfast, you'll be hungry during the surgery. After a while, I met Kim Jin-oh and Jang Tae-ho around 9 o'clock. That's when I finally made the preoperative design. In my case, the right face is a little long, so I designed it accordingly.
After the design was complete, I went into the operating room. After entering the operating room, I was anesthetized in the occipital region. In the case of occipital anesthesia, when the first anesthesia was performed, the anesthesia went in as it vibrated, but it didn't hurt as much as I thought. But after that, I do anesthesia again (I'll call it secondary anesthesia), and the secondary anesthesia was a bit painful. I thought that it would have hurt a lot if I did not do vibration anesthesia and did secondary anesthesia. After the second anesthesia, the transplant area was also anesthetized. (Director Jang Tae-ho did anesthesia.)
After the transplant site and occipital anesthesia, Jang Tae-ho collected several hair follicles in the occipital region. It seemed to be for measuring the length of the follicles. After that, Director Kim Jin-oh came and slit the transplant area according to the length of the hair follicle. (It didn't hurt when the slit was going on, but I felt the squeaky sound. It was a relief that I didn't get sick.)
After the slit was completed, Director Jang Tae-ho came and started collecting hair follicles. After the first collection was completed, hair follicles were planted immediately. Looking at the time when the first transplant was completed, I think it was around 11:30 p.m. After that, the second collection began immediately. The second collection took some time. After the collection was completed, the transplanter came and transplanted. (It was a bit difficult to collect, but in the case of transplants, I was comfortable, so I slept a bit.)
After the transplant was completed, the hair follicle remained, so Director Kim Jin-oh came and added slits. After that, we added another 100 hair follicle transplant.
The operation was finished at 5 p.m. (I knew it would take a long time, but it did take a long time.) After the surgery, she gelled and wrapped the transplant. I really thought I knew why we needed a windbreaker at this time. I'm a little embarrassed when I go after the surgery.
Ah, that transform shampoo and one facial cleanser are provided as standard. However, I bought two because I thought one birth control agent would not be enough. I also bought shampoo for the occipital area... The price is over 10 (the first-adding agent is 4 each) The price of the medicine is 2.5.
After arriving at the accommodation, I carefully removed the wrap and sprayed the absorbent every 30 minutes. And when it was time to sleep, I slept with the neck pillow that nhi provided as basic.
- after surgery
When I woke up, I felt something wet. When I woke up, blood came out from the occipital area, and the bed in the accommodation was stained with blood. I woke up and did the laundry because I was wondering what to do at this time. ㅜㅜ. I washed the sheets well... The blanket was the problem. So I told the accommodation that I paid 10,000 won for washing the blankets.
I got shampoo and hyperbaric oxygen treatment at 10:30 a.m. Even the day after the surgery, there was a place where I couldn't stop the bleeding, so I twisted one.
For your information, I was looking for a place to eat around the accommodation and just went to a kimbap restaurant, and it was more delicious than I thought. It's a gimbap restaurant called Boseul Boseul, and the price is a little expensive, but it was delicious. I especially liked the bacon gimbap there.
From this day on, I bought a proper neck pillow because I was worried that my bed would be stained with blood again. (A neck pillow of 40,000 won) And I slept in a chair again. Fortunately, the bed or chair was not stained with blood on this day.
From today, the third day, I think I have some swelling on my forehead. I think it would be better to put ice packs around your forehead.
For those who operate, you really need a neck pillow. I think I'd go to sleep with a neck pillow and a recliner or something like that. And I think I really need about 7 days. I have to spray the hair dye every 30 minutes and apply ointment to the occipital region for breakfast and dinner, so my hair is getting chapped. I think it's better for those who work to have at least a week to relax.
It's still the third day, so I don't think it's detailed. I'll write a more detailed review with a picture when it's been a month.[]
