It's been two weeks since the surgery, so I visited Apgujeong Mammoth for progress report and scalp care.
Director Seok Ji-woong said that I can see that it's already falling out little by little after seeing my hair condition, but you don't have to worry too much. In particular, he called it the dark age for three months from now and said that he will continue to fall out and grow, so don't worry.
In fact, I wasn't too worried because my personality was dull, but those words gave me greater relief than I thought.
I continued my life by keeping the things that I had to keep in the hospital for two weeks.
1. Don't drink or smoke
2. a steady spray of fresh sprays
3. Don't touch the surgical site as much as possible
4. Shampooing foam on the skin
In addition, I wore a beanie in my daily life, so I wrapped the transplant area with plastic wrap if possible in the way the hospital did after surgery, and when it was itchy at night, I bought and took allergy medicine at a pharmacy.
The most uncomfortable thing for two weeks was that I suffered from sleep deprivation due to a neck pillow.
The previously paid C-shaped neck pillow was uncomfortable no matter how you used it, but the H-shaped neck pillow purchased as an alternative was used in reverse from the front of the neck, so you could stay comfortable.
If you suffer from sleep deprivation due to a neck pillow like me, I recommend you to use an H-shape as an alternative and see you next time!
