It's been two weeks since I had the surgery. Before the surgery, I had a lot of worries about whether I could manage it well for two weeks after the surgery.
However, I think I spent two weeks well without difficulty because I used the shampoo method the hospital told me and the Mokbaege you provided.
I was worried about 3 points for the past 2 weeks

When I received the related items the next day after surgery, they gave me a fresh spray and a foam shampoo.
He asked me to spray the hair transplant between 30 minutes and an hour, so I continued to spray it for three days on an hour-by-hour basis.
Before going to bed, I sprayed enough hair spray on the transplant area and slept for 7-8 hours.
2. Don't touch the transplant while shampooing
The next day after the surgery, the manager taught me how to shampoo while receiving shampoo.
In the way you told me, I wet my hair sufficiently with lukewarm water and used the foam shampoo provided by the hospital to put foam on the transplant, and I used regular shampoo on the other part and shampoo carefully so that I could not reach the transplant while looking in the mirror.
At first, it may be cautious and uncomfortable, but after a few days, I got used to it, so I was able to shampoo without much difficulty.
3. sleeping habits
I have a sleeping habit of rolling around in bed when I sleep, so I was more worried when I had to sleep than 2 on top.
When I went into my sleeping bag at home a few days before my surgery, I felt like I was rolling around less than sleeping under a blanket.
So I decided to sleep in my sleeping bag for two weeks and slept with the neckband provided by the hospital, so I was able to control my rolling sleeping habits.
If you're worried about sleeping habits, I recommend you to try Mokbaege when you sleep It's a little uncomfortable, but neck pillows helped me a lot.
After two weeks like that, I visited the Mammoth Hairline clinic again on the hospital appointment day.
I felt like I was relaxed when you told me that it was born without any problems while looking at the condition of the transplant site with the director.
In the future, you can proceed with fingerprint shampoo as usual, and in the future, there will be a time when your hair will fall out and come back up due to the dark age, but it's a natural process, so don't worry too much.
After consulting with the director, I went to the shampoo room and got shampoo and scalp scaling from the manager.
After 2 weeks of exfoliating, my scalp felt so cool and refreshed!

I had a hair transplant on August 27th. It's already been two weeks because time goes by so fast. I went to the hospital yesterday and checked the progress of the second week. The director looked at it and told me that it is time for the dark age to begin, and I will come back after I fall out, so don't be too anxious. They said you can think of it as a process of losing your hair.
I filled in the M-shape a little and transplanted it around the front and top of the head. A total of 4,000mo was held. When I consulted again, the director recommended that it was the most natural to look at my head and hair style, so I trusted and left it to him.
I was so nervous when I entered the operating room, but I had a stinging feeling when the injection came in, and other than that, I was fine. The anesthesia was done properly, so there was no pain after that. The process of collecting and transplanting followed, about 5 hours? 6 hours?I think I was in the hospital.
I usually cut my hair short and wear a hat often, so I thought about it and proceeded with a non-cut shaved head. The director did everything from collection to transplantation, and I felt that he was meticulous while watching.
After the surgery, he prescribed the medicine and emphasized that you should avoid alcohol and cigarettes for at least two weeks.
It was okay because I didn't smoke, and I drink alcohol sometimes, so it wasn't too hard to endure it.
