Hair transplantation is more important than anything else because the final result is finally confirmed after a year.

It is a space where members are diagnosed with their condition after surgery and counseled on postoperative management, case-by-case occurrence, and additional supplementation methods.

It has the most clinical data in the world, where doctors related to hair transplantation also visit to study cases.

Thank you to all the seniors who left a meaningful record that can't express its value to someone preparing for surgery.

Leaving photo data after surgery is also "patient strength" and is a strong insurance policy against future unexpected surgical outcomes.

(Before surgery)

Hello.

Mja, I'm an old man in my mid to late 40s with severe frontal hair loss.

Since I was young, my forehead has been wide, but fortunately, it looked thick because it was half-baked.

I started to lose weight in my early and mid-30s, and I delayed it because of the fear of surgery, fear of it, and side effects of hair loss drugs

I decided to get a hair transplant.

I don't know if it's because I'm hot and my scalp is hot

I've never taken hair loss medicine, including hair loss shampoo, in my half life, and I've never been treated for hair loss.

My personality itself is meticulous and subjective, so I find out firsthand, carefully judge, and make decisions.

It is also quick to drive and buys products worth tens of thousands of won while comparing manufacturers, specifications, and reviews.

The hair transplant hospital has been searching for community activities and YouTube on hair transplants since September this year

I looked into hospitals by collecting data and acquiring information.

There are about seven criteria for hospital selection as follows.

1. A hair transplant specialized hospital operated under a one-person representative director system.

2. Doctor's experience, medical history (surgeon, professional, know-how, recognition, trust, belief, number of surgical experiences, communication with patients, surgical design, follow-up care, etc.)

3. Find a case similar to your hair loss (Mza, frontal head) and search for storm after surgery (focusing on a year).

4. Search YouTube of famous hospitals and houses, and identify surgical skills and character after watching.

5. Search for failed surgical cases and bad reviews, comments storm (remove from the list if there is one bad or uncomfortable part)

6. I don't know if it's an acquaintance, employee, or part-time, but I delete it from the hospital list if I have reasonable doubts about post-manipulating.

7. Cost of surgery (remove from list if it's too cheap or too expensive)

About 15 non-face-to-face consultations and estimates were received, and three hospitals were confirmed.

I visited the hospital in person for consultation and decided to have surgery at Moderna.

The surgery will be carried out on November 9 with a reservation fee of 200,000 won on October 21.

(during surgery)

I have been quitting smoking since 7 days before the surgery and 3 days before the surgery.

I was so nervous the day before the surgery that I slept for 2-3 hours and went to the hospital.

Visiting the hospital on Saturday, November 9th at 9:00 a.m. on the day of surgery.

A brief interview with the director of the surgery plan after cash payment for the surgery.

From the lobby to the blood pressure stock recovery room.

Rehabilitation and fluid administration with surgical clothes (top, bottom, slippers) and transfer to the operating room.

The moment I entered the O.R., I was so nervous..It's my first time in the operating room in my life, so I'm nervous.

During the final design sketch, I was sweating because I was nervous and the name pen was not drawn well, so I took some time.

I turned on the air conditioner, wiped my sweat, and I'm sorry to the doctor and the surgery staff.

While looking at the princess mirror, the lateral symmetry was a bit off while checking the final design, so I asked the director to revise it, and he gladly accepted it.

(I felt it from the first time I received counseling, but I listened to the patient and reflected the pain.)

Two blocks with barricades after final design fix.

A full-fledged operation.

Application of disinfectant to the scalp.

Sleep anesthesia (pre-local anesthesia)

a momentary loss of consciousness.

I woke up half asleep and am collecting hair follicles from the occipital region.

There was no pain throughout the operation, and the director frequently asked me if I had any discomfort in the middle.

It was a little uncomfortable because I was lying down, but he coolly said it was okay.

After collecting the larynx, I went to the bathroom once and immediately proceeded with the pancreas transplant.

Like collection, local anesthesia proceeds after sleep anesthesia.

As expected, there is no pain, and the director asks me frequently, so if it's uncomfortable, you can tell me right away...

The transplant is done lying down right away, so I operated on it much more comfortably than collecting it.

When I wake up after the surgery, I feel a little dizzy and my legs don't open well because I have pain in my knees when I walk.

I think it's because my knees are on the floor for a long time and my legs are stretched out continuously.

Fortunately, I got better after going to the bathroom and the recovery room.

I will take a bowl of pumpkin porridge and go through the discharge procedure.

Before the surgery, I took a bucket hat because I was asked to bring a big hat through Kakao Talk, but I wrap the surgery area around with a wrap and put a beanie on it.

Let's not bring a hat separately.

When I got out of the hospital, it was 15:30 p.m.

I think it ended earlier than I thought.

I got the medicine from the pharmacy with the prescription and took the subway home.

You may have symptoms of dizziness, so don't drive on the day of surgery.

As soon as I got home, I carefully took off my beanie, sprayed fresh spray, and took a painkiller.

I ate dinner, watched TV, and lied down to sleep

I had gauze and bandages wrapped around the occipital part, so even if I lay on a regular pillow, it didn't hurt as much as I thought and it wasn't that uncomfortable.

I was scared because you said your laryngeal pain was severe, so I bought a neck pillow, but I just went to sleep with my usual pillow.

I don't scratch my head unconsciously, but I think I woke up every hour because I thought I had a hair transplant.

Honestly, I can't sleep deeply because I'm afraid I'll lie on my side just in case I touch the transplant.

I also sprayed fresh spray whenever it happened.

(After surgery)

Sunday, October 10th.

It's the day after the surgery.

I've already used up a bottle of fresh spray that the hospital gave me.

In order to create a wet environment, we continue to spray Sadanone sterile physiological saline every 20-30 minutes.

And I shampooed myself at around 13 p.m.

Even though you took painkillers before shampooing, the moment your scalp touched water

I have a stinging, tingling pain in the occipital region, and an unpleasant pain.

I have to shampoo every day, but I wonder what tomorrow will be like.

These were the reviews before, during, and after surgery.

Please refer to those who recognize hair transplant hospitals.

Thank you for reading until the end.

P.S.)

Thank you for your hard work, CEO, counseling manager, nurse, assistant, hair follicle separator...

Thank you to everyone involved for the psychotherapy that raises self-esteem, not hair transplant surgery...

Lastly, thank you to my wife who worked part-time on weekends and paid for the surgery without knowing the groom since a year ago, and I love you...
